This is exactly the type of pillow I was after : box structure and firm. It is supportive, plump (athough I've only had it a week or so) and has a quality cotton cover. Very pleased so far.

I have Neck issues. Side/tummy sleeper. One arm under pillow and one above, (usually under my face) I know, awkward sleeper. Sometimes wake up head in pillow or off? But having less neck strain issues the next day. Which is a relief to my mood.
