Very good service and great quality bedding

We bought one set of bedding from Bedeck but we decided to change it for a slightly different colour. The quality is really good. Bedeck were very quick at sending out our new order which is perfect. Processing our refund for the original set only took a few days. Would recommend.

The 2 cushions I ordered arrived…

The 2 cushions I ordered arrived promptly and in a big cardboard box that didn’t scrunchie them up. Minimal packaging. Using the box for something else now. The cushions are beautiful and arrived in good order. Bought them when there was a sale on.

First Class Customer Service & Quality of Bedding

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Bedeck today. My enquiry was responded to almost immediately, and the team could not have been more helpful, understanding and professional.
Although the beautiful Sanderson throw I purchased unfortunately didn’t suit my new décor, the return process was handled so kindly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to experience such prompt and considerate customer care.
I would happily recommend Bedeck, the quality and choice of their bedding is first class and will certainly shop with them again in the future.
