Delivered ahead of predicted date, good price and good service.

Absolutely despicable company. Ordered 800 L 3 weeks ago via boiler juice for my elderly vulnerable father with complex medical needs. Our mis fortune - boiler juice nominated this immorally reprehensible ‘company’ to carry out the delivery. 500 litres only delivered, the driver told my father to go inside his house when it was being delivered. Rang the office - spoke to ‘ the owner’ - told me ‘ he could have cancelled the order’ ‘ the drivers have been told not to engage with customers to avoid confrontation’ ‘ rationing oil due to Iran war BUT I can reorder ‘ - over double the price now ! Serious breach of ethical and moral obligation. I was told ‘ well you could have ordered direct with us ‘
So I have been rationed as I booked the oil through boiler juice ??
I have never heard of Bedford Fuels so I could not have booked direct.
My mistake was to trust boiler juice to work with honest, reliable & ethical companies. Not these absolute cowboys.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
I can see I am not the only person being treated like this.
I will be taking this company to the small claims court.

Do not use this company as they cannot be trusted. They refused to deliver the amount of fuel paid for via boilerjuice two weeks ago. They are purely profit taking as I paid a much lower price than the current price they would be willing to charge for the same delivery. They blame the Iran war but the reality is they are willing to deliver the same amount of fuel I paid for for a new delivery £1,500 extra!!!

Placed my order and failed to deliver on the agreed date. Emailed them. No response. Hoping it would prompt action. Called and they accused me of not paying. Clarified that I had and they should check. They confirmed and suggested the order was lost in the system. Strangely they already seemed to know that I had emailed a few hours earlier. Organised a new delivery date. The tank was left in an absolute disgusting state. A considerable amount of oil was spilt over the tank. Emailed the company with a picture to prove. Received no response. Utterly despicable service and will look elsewhere.

Via Boilerjuice I had a "delivery" of 500 litres.There is no trace of this in my fuel tank.Boilerjuice don't seem interested and as for Bedford fuels I would advise you to stand over the delivery drivers shoulder and watch the delivery.This is so wrong that I can't trust an oil delivery firm to deliver.Thus far I've had no answers and looks like I'm going to have to buy more oil.Boiler juice have told me I must've been a victim of theft.I was,by them.There is no way the oil was stolen by a 3rd party and no way it was put in the tank by Bedford fuels.There are previous mentions of this online from another user also.I been scammed.AVOID Bedford Fuels Ltd and as for Bouler Juice,find a trustworthy local supplier and pay the 2p a litre extra.

Refused to deliver due to a plastic slide being in the way , they never knocked on my door as i work from home it was a light slide i could have moved (it didnt block access) and they are charging me £40 for the failed delivery.
Response from BoilerJuice, they admit they didnt knock and allow me to remove a light plastic slide and gave a rubbish story...

** Due to previous complaints from customers regarding drivers knocking on doors or making phone calls while they are working from home, our drivers do try to limit direct contact where possible to avoid further issues.
The drivers will always make every reasonable effort to complete a delivery rather than returning fuel to the depot or terminal, as returned fuel must then be offloaded and filtered. However, in order to safely complete a delivery, the driver must have clear and safe access at the delivery location.
As outlined in our terms, the failed delivery fee of £40.00 remains payable. **

Could easily get passed, didnt knock as i could have moved if the snowflake couldnt step over and charged me £40.

Will never be using again. Delivery driver carved, not 1, but 2 enormous trenches in our lawn with their tanker, admitted they did it, and then made excuses like a child about how it wasn’t their fault or responsibility to compensate for rectifying the damage caused. So very disappointing that there is no desire to do the right thing while leaving us with additional repair costs. Did not even offer a zero cost apology. Horrific customer service - not sure how you operate a business this poorly in today's world.

Am so pleased I found Bedford Fuels, they are a great company to deal with, deliver when they say, or often earlier, and also charge a competitive price. I have used several oil companies in the past and its always a bit hit and miss if they deliver when they say they will. Bedford Fuels have been great, with really nice and polite delivery drivers, I've recommended them often and will continue to do so. 🙏

Bedford oil is great the Customer service is wonderful very friendly I moved from California to Cumberland 3 years ago and bedford was recommended to me I have been using them ever since the guys that deliver my oil are always on time and also are friendly and efficient too. Thanks bedford

To hear the incredible news , that Bedford Fuels are now, no longer associated with MBR ACRES. The puppy breeding company. That provides 16wk old puppies for appalling , non scientific torture. Bedford Fuels. A company with integrity. Thankyou.

This company is assisting MBR Acres in Huntington with their breeding facility of little puppies for Laboratories. Oh the puppies never leave the labs . They are abused tortured and then killed . And MBR have a bleeding licence too . They terminally bleed to death 10 % of the dogs selling their blood and body parts to laboratories. This is horror and an obscenity . You have to be devoid of any honour and integrity to be involved in this

Bedford Fuels (in collusion with Boilerjuice) are charging for "undelivered oil" which makes it expensive to get my tank brim full.

I have been using Bedford Fuels for a little while now for a three reasons:
1. The first one is service, they have the best staff, I often find drivers moan about where I live, about how hard it is to deliver straight off the A1, blah blah! Well for Lorraine and Aaron it’s not been a problem. They are also the nicest people I have had deliver my oil. Aaron lit up my day today with his sparkling and fun personality, now bear in mind this was 7am, nothing was a problem. Oh and guess who trained Aaron, yes, Lorraine. That quality nurturing quality. They are both a credit to Bedford Fuels.
2. They are the best value, every penny counts and they are always the best value. Forget boiler juice and rest they don’t come near on cost.
3. The quality of their home oil far exceeds others I have used, I judge this on how long it last and smell.
So I would highly recommend Bedford Fuels, but actually and more importantly I highly recommend Lorraine and Aaron 🙏

Boilerjuice made an error with my order made on 29th March and Lovells couldn’t fulfil it and it was given to Bedford Fuels on 2nd April. I was expecting fuel on 8th but after this came and went I found out the delivery was now 15th. Had I known the timeline had changed to the 15th on the 2nd I’d have called and addressed matters then. Instead I found out today and so called Bedford immediately who said they wouldn’t do anything as that’s what they agreed with boilerjuice but said if I paid the difference of what I paid vs their 2 Day express delivery price (nearly 13% more than my original order!) they could bring it forward by one business day, far from kind or helpful - just exploitive. And completely lacking rational or common sense given the original price I paid was in their book at a 10day price and they were now offering a 9day delivery but demanding it at a 2day express price. This was even after I told them we’re a family with minors and our heating and hot is not off due to the delays. Is infuriating. Bedford Fuels were completely unhelpful and just exploitive.

Fuel companies are robbing customers by charging extra for next day or early delivery, yet when you ask when they are on the rounds in your area they use the excuse they cannot say until the day before, an excuse to rib us as customers, refuse to buy form these people and others like them, its disgusting.
