Appalling customer care
If I could leave this place with a 0 I would.
Me and my partner came to visit this hotel for a wedding.
When we arrived the car park was rammed and very poorly lit.
We managed to finally find a spot and we was excited to attend the event we were there for.
Followed the signs to the entrance - I can clearly see and read
Yet no signs stating you needed to put your reg in at the desk.
YEARS (approx 2) later. My partner and I are applying for a mortgage.
Turns out this company have fined my partner for a parking fine. ( A CCJ)
which has now affected us in creating a life.
My partner had since moved from the address they were sending letters to, however we had an agreement with the people to move in to forward over letters.
This company did not try hard to contact us and were more than happy to ruin our lives for a little money.
Customer care team stated they would help resolve this issue yet pathetically stated there is nothing that they can do.
I Work for a company who believe customers are the most important people of the business - this company only believe in taking your money and leaving their morals at home.
Avoid this place unless you would like to receive a fine.
