Took two experienced DIYers about 5 hours to construct. The finished product is what I wanted and expected but the design doesn’t lend itself to easy construction - like bolt holes not lining up and the Alan key provided not fitting the score heads well. Both ended up with bruises and scrapes from pieces slipping while trying to build it. There is a lot of plastic in the packaging which is disappointing. It would be really useful too to have some cut outs in the top shelves to allow cables for lamps and radio/speakers to be run through neatly. Very useful cupboards within the stairs.
Great bed, fairly easy to put together, easy instructions & no missing parts, did take us about 5hrs instead of 2

The bed I ordered was delivered on time. The quality is really good and very sturdy.
My son loves, loves his new bed. It is fun, playful and efficient with lots of space saving nooks and crannies! The bed is strong and sturdy, as a parent I feel comfortable and secure knowing that if my son wakes up in the middle of the night, he will be safe climbing down the wide sturdy stairs. A great buy! I would recommend!

Priced well after a few comparisons, wood is of ok quality no better or worse than I anticipated. Looks great and sure my son will love it. It did take approx 4 hrs to assemble instruction were good but a LOT of pieces!
