Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service — avoid
I have had an absolutely appalling experience with Bed Kingdom and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.
Half of the dining table was never even handed over to the courier, so unsurprisingly it was never delivered. This should have been a straightforward issue to resolve, but dealing with Bed Kingdom’s customer service turned it into an extremely frustrating experience.
The call centre staff were rude, dismissive and, in my experience, displayed an unacceptable ageist attitude. Rather than simply dealing with the delivery issue and arranging a solution, assumptions appeared to be made about the person receiving the delivery because they were elderly. I found this deeply offensive and completely unacceptable.
When the complaint was escalated to a manager, the response was equally disappointing. I expected someone in a managerial position to take ownership of the situation and actually resolve the problem. Instead, the complaint was handled poorly and left me feeling that Bed Kingdom simply wasn’t interested in putting things right.
To make matters worse, returning the product has been unnecessarily difficult because the legs were missing. What should have been a simple purchase has turned into a drawn-out and incredibly frustrating ordeal.
From the incomplete delivery, to the unacceptable customer service, to the poor handling of the complaint and the difficulties with the return, this has been an utterly disappointing experience from start to finish.
I would never use Bed Kingdom again and absolutely would not recommend them. There are plenty of companies that understand what basic customer service should look like — unfortunately, in my experience, Bed Kingdom is not one of them.

The product Flair Margot is amazing and…
The product Flair Margot is amazing and value for money. But the rating for that would be a five star rating. This review is for the poor assembly instructions. There is unclear instructions on assembling the wooden slats and underneath the bed there is a mat to be placed.
Though, i followed the instructions in the order mentioned (assume fresher) i failed to complete. ( as i need to flip the metal rods in the corner for placing wooden slats) which is not mentioned or different from the mentioned instructions. And after completing the bed, i need to turn the bed to place mat!
I would kindly request you to review the instructions and update them.

Amazing delivery time compared to other…
Amazing delivery time compared to other bunk beds which had a 2-3 week wait time. Was kept up to date about delivery window and given a call when the delivery drivers were on the way. Beds are really sturdy and look great, only issue which is why I haven’t given 5 stars, was the fact the instructions and pieces weren’t numbered, so you would need to be relatively handy to build it without this, also when the wooden parts were removed from the box, there was a really strong freshly painted toxic smell, it had disappeared once the children were sleeping in them that evening, but just something to note. Other than that, the bunks look great and were a really good price.

Anyone looking to order beds from here I order two gaming beds one being a high sleeper which came damage on the back panels on the corners clearly where delivery men just chucked the boxes about and the second bunk bed is also damage on the corner paid a lot of money for these beds for to look tatty would have better off going to by second hands beds as they would have came in better condition!!! Never will I ever use bed kingdom again!!!! Very unhappy is an understatement

I needed a bunk bed at short notice, bedkingdom had just what I needed and at the right price. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery arrived as advertised. I’ve just finished putting together the bunk beds. Very simple and straightforward and for a bed at the lower end of the price range, it is very good quality and more importantly, very sturdy and not at all creaky. The whole experience has been very good and if the situation arises again, I will definitely purchase from them again.

Poor quality
The bed looks lovely on pictures, but the instructions are terrible and the wood is quite flimsy. Some marks on the wood when we were putting it together. Not worth the money.
