Allow yourself more time than the instructions advise.
The bed instructions stated the build would take around 2 hours. It took 7. The instructions are not easy to follow. Now that it's built it looks good, however the finish on the wood is very cheap and makes easily.

Wrong parts sent, ruined my day
I ordered the Flair Elvis Wooden Bunk Bed with Trundle & Drawers in grey. I spent hours dismantling my kids’ old bed to make room for it, only to open the boxes and find the parts are a mismatched mix of white and grey not the grey bed I paid for.
Now I’m stuck with an unusable, mismatched frame, no working bed for my kids, and hours of wasted time. I either have to rebuild the old bed from scratch or leave my kids without a proper bed while this gets sorted.
Really disappointed with the quality control here. If you’re ordering this in a specific colour, be prepared for it to arrive wrong.

At no point in any email did i find out…
At no point in any email did i find out that your delivery service would only deliver to a second floor. I stay on a third floor and the delivery man was very rude and also laughing telling me he wouldn't come up one more floor. I ordered 1x very small wardrobe to the hight of 100cm and there were two delivery men in the van that day. I would never have ordered anything from your comany had you informed me of your poor delivery service.
The delivery man with the purple head scarf stood outside laughing and jumping up and down with joy when speaking to his manager who then called me back, he was rude as well and hung up on me because i told him his drivers were lazy. Poor poor service and i will never again order from your company.

We are having to return the item
We are having to return the item. The chemical smell of the paint is far too strong. We tried to air it all out for a week with no luck. Return is being processed.

Bed arrived on different days
The bed was supposed to be with me on the Monday, but only half of the bed arrived, the second half came the following Friday, so we had no bed at all for 4 nights. I would have expected the whole bed to have arrived on the same day, not separate days and such with a gap between the days.
The bed itself is lovely and very easy to put up in a very small room, the design of the bed is brilliant for assembling in small spaces and it seems pretty sturdy.

We ordered the Flair Shasha low wooden…
We ordered the Flair Shasha low wooden detachable bunk bed. The package arrived very promptly and the instructions on how to build the bed (s) was pretty clear. The bed itself looks sturdy and well made (but its obviously still very new).
The one thing that I was really disappointed with, though, was the thoughtless packaging. I have never ordered something that generated so much unrecyclable packaging as the bedding things from this company. Each item for the bed frame was packaged in a plastic bag (there were more than 100 plastic bags in total). The mattress came wrapped in a huge plastic bag with a polyester lining AND inside another huge white sack - that's 3 very big bags for each mattress. Each box also contained huge polystyrene blocks (I was under the impression they were banned?)
So even though the items themselves are fine, the packaging has genuinely put me off from ordering anything from this company again... I would like to see them taking action in reducing their unrecyclable packing like so many other companies have done.
