Flair Eddie bunk- Great service and delivery. A few recommendations for improvement
The service and delivery were great and easy to use.
The product looks good but there are a few marks in the white wood bedframe (Flair Eddie staircase triple bunk).
It would be better if all screws were sunk into the wood rather than sticking out or screw caps provided as it ruins the aesthetics of the bed, which is quite pretty.

I ordered the small double bunk beds and could not fault anything. Bed is great value for money, quality for the price is fantastic. It is solid. The delivery lads were lovely, let me know when they were on their way and so helpful. Would 100% buy from here again and would recommend to anyone !

Poor Delivery
The product itself was great, but unfortunately the service and delivery experience was extremely disappointing.
I ordered a bed frame and mattress separately. The mattress arrived the following day without any issues, but the bed frame, which had been ordered several days earlier, was originally due to arrive on Tuesday and ultimately didn’t arrive until Friday.
I was initially told that the delivery company had not collected the bed frame from the warehouse and that it would arrive on Wednesday. I therefore took a day off work to wait for the delivery, only for it not to arrive at all.
On Thursday, my other half then took another day off work to receive the parcel. We were subsequently told that the bed frame had supposedly been delivered to a neighbour. After checking with all of the surrounding houses, nobody had received it and the parcel was nowhere to be found.
Then, somewhat incredibly, the following day the tracking showed the parcel was back out for delivery. This made it appear that the previous delivery had either been incorrectly recorded or had not actually taken place. We were left spending time searching for a parcel that had never been delivered, while also losing two days of annual leave waiting for it.
The whole experience caused completely unnecessary stress and inconvenience. While I’m happy with the product itself, the delivery service and communication were far below the standard I would expect.
A good product unfortunately let down by a very poor delivery experience.

First experience with BedKingdom and I cannot fault it one bit. I spoke with a lady called Criselda and her customer service was 10/10 so thank you Criselda. The bee was delivered next day and the delivery team were both friendly and helpful. We have not built the bed up yet as we are waiting until our son is away soon to do as a surprise. Overall no issues with the service however one of the boxes delivered was for another bed.
Support were quick to resolve this and sent out the correct box the next day.
Pickup of the incorrect box was quick and easy as well.

Quality Product, Fast Delivery
Product is really good quality, and had easy to follow instructions.
