I had an idea for a Dragonfly decal on an antique sewing machine I was having painted. I did have to nudge Josh a bit, but he explained it was a hobby-job and a one man deal,…he was trying to balance orders with full time employment. Thankfully I had time to work with him and we found the perfect image. My decals on the machine look amazing! Just what I wanted! Perfection!!!

I had an absolutely awesome experience with Bedlam Creations. I put in 3 orders and got 3 perfect deliveries. The decals have what to some maybe a somewhat lengthy lead time but the owner was always in contact updating me on my orders and the quality is second to none in my modeling experience. I absolutely recommend this company if you want a custom set of modeling transfers.

This is only a part time business, Josh works a full time job and takes care of him customers when he is off. He answered all my emails and concerns and got my decals to me in a timely fashion ,even considering the weather in Michigan. The decals looked and went on my aircraft model great. Can't speak to the quality of his decals as I never received them. Waited for 5 weeks without even receiving a proof. Delays, delays...finally just filed a complaint with Paypal & got my money back.
I would not recommend doing business with this person.

I made a small order for gold decals for a custom arcade stick. I also provided my own files, submitting both a .png and .ai using vector outlines within the dimensions of the requested sheet size, so my experience might differ from others that don't have the tools to do this themselves.

Josh is one guy and does great work. Really clean edges and he can optimize the space on the sheet. But as literally one person he has lot on his plate. If things are taking some extra time just shoot him an email, usually responds within a day or two. So, you do need to make sure to stay proactive during the process.

After a great proofing period with much help in getting font to be correct , the outcome and quality off the work was definitely way better than expected .
Will definitely use this service again .

Excellent experience, Josh is on point when it comes to responding to emails. Just build a little time into your expectations; he's a very busy guy and it's because the product is so good. My decals had some intricate scroll-work and turned out beautifully. The product and the excellent customer service are well worth the wait! 10/10 will buy again

I pllaced order for custom design decals. Simple font lettering. After two weeks I emailed him to ask when I can expect proofs. He said in two days....never showed up as said. So after a month of nothing. I had him refund me. Total waist of time with this guy!

Got custom transfers for miniatures wargaming; quality is great, with a high level of detail and consistent results, and packaged excellently. Shipping was quick too (for being over-the-pond). The one downside was the delay incurred by the order accidentally being marked complete at an early stage; this resolved itself with a simple email, and Josh is a pleasure to deal with.

Bedlam Creations will likely be my go-to place if ever I need more custom transfers.

If you have a half a year to wait on your product then maybe this company would be ok....I'll never know! I've been trying to just get a price quote for approximately 9 weeks. Every email from him is full of excuses. His work might be great.....I'll never know!

Do not use this guy if you're having him edit anything. He will completely ghost on you and does not show any accountability when you confront him on it. Two changes on a logo took him 5 months to complete. The most strait forward communication I've seen from him were his responses to other peoples reviews just to save face.

Update after his response:

That was very a very thorough response! He even got back to me within probably 30 minutes of my initial review. If only that level of communication/efficiency was part of the initial services. Yet for such a detailed response he forgot to mention that I DID offer to pay extra for the revisions and to expedite things. When he finally would respond there was no acknowledgment of those offers. The only time I got timely response from him was when he took my money and when I requested a refund... which he also somehow didn't even address.

It took 6 weeks to add an outline around some letters and a circle. All the other revisions were different colors. Simple stuff. Average response time to emails was 1-2 weeks. Save yourself the trouble and try someone else.

Josh's emails were clear and concise and I got what I expected when my order arrived in the door. The decals were well packaged with a cardboard backing, along with printed directions and best practices.
I'm impressed by the end result (shoulder and knee pad decals for a custom 40k chapter), the detail of which is orders above what I could achieve on my home printer.
I stopped short of a 5 star review because of a delay of 40 days between placing the order and seeing a proof example, and a minor flaw on one side of the sheet (like the ink was brushed as it dried).
I'm entirely satisfied by the service provided by Josh and I'll have no issue placing another order when I finish my current sheet.

I wouldn’t recommend this person. He was so quick to take my money but took forever to take a look at my file. He would always give the “it’ll be ready at the end of the week” reply when I asked about the status of my decals. Then he gives this excuse of “I was out of town” and “I’ll have it printed tomorrow” excuse. Tomorrow came and went , so I was finally fed up and asked for my refund . I was surprised I was actually refunded quickly unlike the other reviewer. Again, I wouldn’t recommend his services.

As soon as he gets your money you won't hear from him again unless you contact him. After almost two months I finally got my money back. I wouldn't buy a .25 scratch n sniff sticker from this place.
