I paid a deposit by debit card. I returned the car with no damage and they say that the refund of my deposit will take up to 30 business days.

They contacted us a year ago, we kindly rejected their services because we had our company registered with kvk but were not in actual business yet, so we did not need them. We get a call end of October threatening us that we have not paid them and that the account is in incasso. They called again in the 31st of October threatening that if we don’t pay that day, the account would go to the Juridisch department the following day. Sent us an email with an iDeal link to pay them 477,95… No invoice showing the “services provided” or the statistics for how they “made our business show up on Google” we paid to “avoid additional costs” in case this was real. Well, it was pure SCAM. We have filed a police report and also flagged their account with our bank. If they don’t respond to our email requesting money back, we are ready to move forward with our lawyer. My husband and i just had a baby and they took advantage of our emotional and mental state. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THEM!!! Do not pay, report them immediately!

Scammers reached out to me, insisting that I pay an invoice that doesn't exist.

I got a call from this company, I started the call saying that they were calling about my company, (I have my vat number from kvk because I work as a freelancer so I don't have a business.) asking me about it but speaking first in dutch and then in english mixing dutch words, speaking very fast so that I didn't understand anything.
At the time I was outside the house with the noise of the street I couldn't understand anything especially because the guy was talking very fast.
I answered yes to his questions because I wanted to end the call without being rude but I really didn't understand anything he was saying especially when he told me the price of what he was selling me.
After this call I didn't receive any e-mail confirming what they had sold me (normally this should be the procedure), then I received this e-mail telling me that I had failed to pay the invoice for 477 euros.
Naturally, like many others here, I became alarmed and tried to contact them, asking for explanations, asking what this invoice was and asking for a recording of the call.
Having received the recording of the call it was obvious that I did not understand anything the guy was saying and when he said the price he said it so fast that even a native Englishman would not understand.
Having said that I am a SCAM, I felt violated by this company, by their way of doing things and resolving things.
Of course after my e-mail saying that I was going to take this case to court with my lawyer, they didn't answer me anymore.
STAY AWAY.

These are scammers. Avoid at all costs. I have received an invoice for 477 euros for the services that I didn't purchase/order. When you try to contact them, they try to persuade you that you've been their customer before, you just had 100% discount on their services. But they can't provide any proof of that since your listing has "expired". According to the Telemarketing law they have no right to contact businesses or consumers and they know that, that's why they try to work around it.

So since today, I am not picking up phone calls from unknown numbers. Had enough anxiety and stress.
