Currently doing a large renovation of my kitchen and two full bathrooms and have had the worst experience ever with Bedrosians in Salt Lake City. This is my 5th major renovation (6th house) and I have never had a tile supplier as unsatisfactory as this company. I ordered a large scale tile for the walls of one bath and 30% of the shipment was delivered damaged and discovered when the boxes were opened. Bedrosians refused to replace ANY of it and I ended up having to reorder and pay for 8 boxes of the 24" x 48" tile as well the shipping for the reorder. The next shipment arrived with tiles cracked in all eight boxes and I refused to accept delivery. The next reorder was more acceptable, with only 3 of the 16 pieces damaged. My tiler, and my contractor's supervisor on site here both commented about how they never use Bedrosians and I certainly never will again.
