I've owned a Broil King for years
I've owned a Broil King for years, the body doesn't rot as aluminium however over time the burner, ignitor etc. deteriorate. So it's really pleasing to be able to keep it going. I needed a new ignitor, the part that clips to the burner. The Bedfordshire BBQ Centre was able to supply me exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, I was informed by email about the progress of the item. It arrived on time in perfect condition and is now up and running allowing me to continue using my Broil King.

I have asked customer service and we don't seem to have had any contact either via email or phone reporting an issue. All rubs and sealed and must be in date. Still some rubs with lots of sugar can become sticky. If you want to return them and not use them please just reach out to us on email.

Broil King charcoal BBQ
A well stocked showroom and all items are competitive prices… staff are very helpful and patient.
Our car was loaded with our new purchase and a few accessories ( gotta have the accessories 😝) we later purchased a rotisserie via the website which arrived promptly but evidently I’d ordered the incorrect item.. a couple of emails later it was all sorted and we collected the correct item and the refund without any trouble.
Very pleased with the service received. Would recommend to a friend.

Unresponsive Customer Service.
Sent an Email over the weekend requesting to return a grid and flame tamer for a BeefEater BBQ which turns out wasn't the correct items for my BBQ. I subsequently found out the correct part numbers from Beefeater UK, which I sent in an Email Yesterday. To date I have had no acknowledgement on either Email. Only positive is that the initial delivery of the wrong parts was prompt.

Hi John, thank you for reaching out. I have asked the team in spare to check our spam folder as we didnt have anything from you. They found 2 emails in the filter from you sent 24/06 @00:07 and another 26/06 @1530.
The parts which were originally ordered by you were the parts that were delivered but we can see from your email that you have differnt model BBQ that the parts thatr you ordered are designed for.
We are waiting for Beefeater to supply us with prices and stock status on the parts that you need. We do not list these parts as yet.

I've since bought many accessories, griddles, smoker boxes, various tool and rubs. Staff have always had time for tips and advice. The first place I recommend to any friends after any BBQ equipment. Prices are competitive too!
