Re: my last review (in summary: the bed arrived without the headboard; much later the wrong headboard was delivered; eventually this was collected and a refund promised). Despite the headboard being collected in early December I still have not received a refund. When chased I was told my query had been “passed to accounts”. Early Feb and I’m still waiting for my money. Funny that when I ordered the goods the money had left my bank before I got the email confirming the purchase. Watch this space.

Zero Stars in reality. I wish I could post the photo but purchased a bunk bed and the lower double mattress is 20cm too narrow which is a H&S issue for my young daughter (potentially an ankle breaker). This was the only option they gave me when purchasing the bunk bed and mattresses together. Also a horrible sticker was stuck on the side of the bed completely on show which we can't get off without damaging paintwork. The arrogance is astounding.

Currently been on hold for thirty minutes trying to sort out... NOT GOOD.

The bed i had is great, well worth the money i would use this company again,delivery driver very helpful and polite

People please do not buy any bed from this company they take your money and don't diliver the dnt even take your calls they ignore you after they took my £360 still waiting on my mattress they won't take my calls. Am a sickle person am not working. God is in control bedworld may he be with you guys.

Bought king size ottoman bird frame lid was off squar and frame size was 154cm not 150cm tried to phone only to be cut off after 1 hour also live chat waited in line3/4 hour wrote my problem and they ended chat total waist of time

Considering the problems i had in communicating with your customer service, i was very impressed with Megan who helped me considerably concerning sending the items back, She was extremely helpful and polite.

Good communication around arrival of bed. Single ottoman delivered in two boxes but instructions only for a double! Thought we were missing key pieces only to find extra box contained within the actual headboard?! Had to rip back of headboard to access box. Very strange indeed. Quality rather poor but you get what you pay for. Bed turned out ok in the end and daughter happy but I can imagine it will last long!

Having tried for over a year to resolve a matter of a faulty mattress - no joy!!!!
You haven't even got the decency to put a name from where the goods were dispatched from on the delivery note.
I would be most grateful if you WILL arrange collection of your INFERIOR goods, allowing me to purchase a new devan bed from a reputable company

Don't ever buy beds from here! Half of them don't even come flat packed, and when u want to return it they take ages to arrange this! The first collection was a joke, the courier came with a small bloody van where I was returning a king size bed!! It wouldn't fit so they had to leave. It took me over a month for me to get my refund but unfortunately I had to pay a £79 charge as per t&c. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid this company or you will get ripped off.

avoid - bed arrived late after 2 cancelled deliveries, only to then be damaged on delivery. I will be getting in touch with them promptly

Ordered a bed just before Xmas, arrived today so pleased with everything, the contact of delivery to it being here when they said it would. Matress is well wrapped no damage and a good Matress for half the price thank you 😍will recommend *** Matress is really comfy sleeping so much better

Ordered two mattresses on 2 separate orders. Phone each time beforehand to let us know date of delivery, where they delivered as promised.

Both mattresses were made of good quality which makes for quality sleep.

Finally after no clear communication from this company despite trying for the last month, they have decided to kindly let me know they plan to refund the money paid for the goods never delivered. I will believe it when I see it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DREADFUL COMPANY OR YOU WILL END UP SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR! 🤬

I cannot really rate them. I'm not sure what's going on there but .....
Ordered a bed on the 24th of November and was said 1 week after that it's with the delivery team... well still nothing and hardly answering my emails. Holding the phone for 1h and not answering. Very upset as bed is for kids. Communication level is 1 out of 10.

I just want to leave this review to say that I had the most outstanding customer service from Tasha at the Grimsby store. From the moment I made the phone call and we spoke I received an extremely high standard and professional service! The bed was delivered in a timely manner that suited me perfectly as I was thinking it maybe delivered after Christmas. But it was delivered sooner. The mattress is absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service a long with the professionalism of the delivery drivers.

Worst workmanship I have ever seen!!
Disgusting to send my children's bed out in this condition.
Its not the only issue with this bed.
1. YOU only put in 1 gold screw for the headboard so that can't be used!
2. YOU only put in 1 white plastic proctetor for the gold screw for the mattress!
3. YOU only put in 4 castor wheels instead of 6!
4. 2 of the 4 castor wheels are totally the wrong size for this bed!
5. As mentioned the workmanship is awful. How can you let your staff be this careless, and whoever checks them, well maybe they need retraining or a another job in a different industry!!

Thats not all, if you see my order number the 1st bed that I think by more luck than judgement had all necessary parts but you only went and messed that order up by sending one with no drawers, at the time of the delivery I couldn't be bothered to send it back as your driver was very distressed with the situation (on CCTV)
This has been sorted as the driver contacted your customer service to arrange a partial refund,your driver must have a mobile number to get hold of your CS as it rung once, whereas I spent 90 wasted minutes on your number this morning and eventually gave up, luckily for the person at your office as I am fuming, you probably have no one on the phones!! AS YOUR DRIVER WARNED YOU WILL NEVER GET THROUGH ON THE PHONES, ALSO CAPTURED ON CCTV!!!

Awesome quality bed delivered, they had a problem with sick driver but delivered next day very friendly and helpful Khaled delivered my bed thanks guys.

Got my Bed & Mattress today. Very helpful & friendly driver who brought all the bits inside for me. Thanks Tez.
Bed was easy to assemble with all same size screws, and the tool was supplied. Looks smart.
Mattress is superb. I'm going to need a bigger Alarm clock.......!
