New mattress harder than expected for a medium
Was looking for a new mattress and found this company online.. As we live in the South of the UK I ordered on the website which is very easy to navigate. The whole process was very easy, found the one I wanted, paid online , emailed a fews day later with delivery date/time, on the day received a text with a 5hr window, driver rang 20 mins before arrival. Delivered to bedroom for free and took the old away for a small cost. Ordered a medium rating, slightly harder than expected more like a firm even with pillow top but will give in time to see if it gives a little. Here's hoping 🙏 Overall great service

The person in the shop was 100% helpful but the delivery driver struggled to get the mattress in the house as he bumped into the door. There was 2 people in the truck but only 1 got out to carry the mattress and struggled?

Don’t waste your money
We purchased a mattress from the branch at Huddersfield, which was delivered on 28/02/26. There was a strong chemical smell when we opened the packaging but just accepted this as it being new and aired the room constantly for over week. The mattress we’d bought was a medium in firmness, this one was quite firm, again we thought it’s because it’s new it will ‘give’; which it has. After 2/3 weeks, we noticed sagging on either side and a mound in the middle of the bed. I contacted the company who offered an exchange under the company policy. However, I stated the consumer rights act2015, and explained I’d like to exercise my rights to reject within the 30 days only to be told they don’t do refunds. I’ve again explained the consumer rights act and their responsibilities under this and followed it with emails. It has now been 2 weeks since my last communication with them as they have just ignored all correspondence and I have forwarded this to trading standards. My Tip-don’t waste your money at Bedworld

Bed arrived broken
Bed arrived broken. I have sent emails including videos and pictures which have not been replied to for 7 days. The Croydon store won’t answer the phone. The one time they did answer and say they would call back in 5 mins after speaking to head office, they then didn’t call back or accept any of my calls that day.This is now a week of trying to resolve the issue and it’s quite alarming that when a huge broken item is delivered, they ignore your calls and emails.
Will try for another week then I suppose will have to get citizens advice or local trading standards to step in. Not good at all

Linda was the perfect Sales Person. She greeted us on arrival, gave us the information we required plus a little extra, which was very much appreciated. She didn’t bother us at all & treated us like she would like to be treated in a shop. She’s a keeper! I had to return home to check that everything would fit and returned on the same day as I wanted to complete my sale with her and no one else.
