Sleep app machine rented on a rolling contract of 125 euros a month gave in notice of 10 days that it was not working for me so cancelled over the phone and by email no mention of cancellation fee otherwise i would have kept it and persistent with it another month. Was charged 125 euros as I did not give them 28 days notice this was never explained to me as they would have got the correct notice, but even when I explained to them it was not working for me they brought out different masks but they still didn't work, plus you can buy a machine between 500 and 1000 euros .not happy with them and certainly would not recommend them but like alot of companies expect you to read pages of small print. It's not hard to tell someone you need to give 28 days notice or maybe its just me
