Look elsewhere for bee removal. These guys are very quick to respond. However they gave me 3 overinflated options consisting of £5000 to circa £12000. Ranging from option 1 for you to replace the bricks, option 2 for them to replace the bricks, option 3 to make sure the bees don't come back. I used swarmcatcher, a family run business who were amazing. I got the £12000 option for £2000

First, a big thank you to superhero Ben for working incredibly hard, against the clock, to remove 30,000 bees and four sacks of honeycomb from our barn roof. We found a feral colony of bees at the holiday accommodation we run, only a few days before guests were due to arrive. Laura at Beegone took my call, asked all the right questions and fast-tracked the job for me. Beegone isn't a cheap option (we could only afford the basic package, which comes without guarantees). But they are experts in their field, and did a great job both on site and in terms of customer service.

I cannot recommend David and Beegone highly enough. I found them to be very professional and friendly. David kept me informed to how the process was going in removing honeybees and comb from our chimney from start to finish. I am delighted that the honeybees have been relocated.

I initially contacted this company for quote, for the removal of bees from a chimney. An approximate quote was given over the phone and the young lady agreed to send an email with details. So far so good. I received the email, with the wrong name. I then received a letter the following day, posted with the wrong name, despite me spelling it as part of my email address. A further email followed. I then return emailed the young lady requesting no further contact and that she should check basic data. I recieved no response to this email, but today weeks later another email quote.
Will they give up or will I now be bugged for life. Also my husband removed the bees, which are now happy at the end of the garden.

From initial phone call asking for advice, to a free diagnosis visit, and then to dealing with our very active wasp nest, PGH was quick, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Team at Beegone were wonderful from start to finish. Right from our first call, the customer service team were very communicative, polite and knowledgeable and shifted diaries around to help us out at short notice with a rat problem. Every appointment was prompt and punctual and the survey and subsequent treatments performed by Steve were extremely thorough.

I sent her some photos and she said she thought we had a wasp nest and offered to remove it for us. Thankfully it was empty and easily destroyed wioth a LONG!!!pole just in case.

Beegone did the job – the bees are gone. Branden was excellent. Great to deal with, informative and thorough. Also a perfectionist with the finished work. He was not happy with the colour of the replacement mortar and so we had Will visit us later to replace this – he is a magician with colour matching. A huge thank you to Amy too for her patience with my endless phone calls in an attempt to get the scaffold removed, this took longer than expected. We cannot fault their work and professionalism and are grateful for all they did. Would just note they were not the cheapest and a good idea to get a quote on any additional works suggested.

We have had such a positive experience with all the staff we have had contact with at Beegone, we cannot recommend this company highly enough.
 
After disastrous results from 3 other companies, the team at Beegone put our mind at rest from the time of our initial phone call with Mollie and Peter, both were extremely helpful.

Our site survey was carried out by Branden who was professional, knowledgeable in his field and his customer care was exemplary. Branden carried out a thorough survey and then took time to answer all of our questions - and we had lots! He allowed us to accompany him into the loft (one safe) so we could see the situation first hand and understand the reason behind the recommendations/preventative measures, but at no time was there a hard sale; he simply ensured that we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision.

As a result we felt reassured that our on-going issue could finally be resolved.

We will definitely be using Beegone if needed in the future and would recommend them to both family and friends. Whilst the price quoted was higher than other companies it was definitely money well spent - we had previously used three other companies who charged us but didn't rectify or identify the wasp problem which was escalating.

I called these guys to enquire about some bumble bees which had made a home in a hole in our house.
They answered straight away and gave me exactly the advice I was after over the phone.
They were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to get back in contact again if needs be!

Brilliant service, friendly staff

The staff at Beegone were very knowledgable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Ultimately, we did not need to use their removal service but definitely would have no hesitation in using them in the future should the need arise.

I contacted Beegone as I had a number of bees hovering around the roof of my property. I’m not against bees and wanted them to be removed humanely in case they were causing damage to my property or leaving honey to attract pests (if they were in the garden or somewhere visible I wouldn’t have been concerned). Mollie contacted me within 24 hours and asked for photos. I sent the bee glamour shots to her promptly and was informed that they were white tailed bumblebees and could be left alone if not causing a nuisance and that they would pack their bags after 4 months of free accommodation. It was really relieved to hear this for the sake of myself and the bees. Thank you so much for the reassurance. Would definitely call them again if needed in the future.
