I have been very happy with the service provided and the outcome of the case. Bond Turner have always kept me up-to-date with proceedings, so if you have been let down i would strongly recommend their services

No win no fee solicitors are a waste of time

No win no fee solicitors are a waste of time. If the insurance company that backs them doesn’t see the case as having an easy win then the solicitors won’t take the case. There is no justice for people in this country who cannot afford to pay for any legal costs themselves it’s all about the money. Medical negligence experts ?? Who wouldn’t even take my case and it’s not the first time. My landlord the Salvation Army got away with giving my whole family carbon monoxide poisoning and now the hospital has got away with killing my father.

We are sorry that we are unable to assist you with this case at the present time.

Our solicitors did review the information you kindly provided and unfortunately they felt that we would be unable to pursue a successful claim for you in respect of this matter for the reasons advised to you.

We did however advise you that you may wish to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the hospital Trust, in order to make an NHS complaint. As we did advise, they will then undertake an investigation and write to you with details of the outcome, which may prove very useful in terms of you understanding what happened in this case.

In spite of our advice that the prospects of your claim proving successful appear poor, we did offer to look at any complaint response received from the hospital Trust, so that we may be absolutely sure, and can advise you further. Were this to cause us to alter our assessment of prospects, then we could offer to investigate further and would be happy to do so.

We would hope that you can see that this is the most we are able to do in light of our assessment, although we remain happy for you to contact us should you feel that we can assist you in any way whatsoever.

Unprofessional and inexperienced, horrible services. They don't know what they are doing. Wasted more than half a year of my time and haven't even started the claim. Stay away.

Would recommend

I rang up and they quickly clarified that I had a strong case. They made me feel at ease throughout the process, which was not as completed once explained to me. Ultimately I got the result I wanted. A professional service, I would recommend their negligence team to anyone, they know what they are doing.
