The minimum order value is higher than some 'box' companies, and the cost per individual unit is also more, so its tougher for a nano-business to afford, but the product itself is excellent, so you get what you pay for. The next day delivery lives up to its name when you need it most, and the courier fee itself isn't a rip-off. Would absolutely order from Beer Box Shop again.

Unfortunately every so often we have an occasional picking error, especially at this time of year as we are extremaly busy. On the odd occasion we do send a short order we endevour to correct our mistakes as quicky as possible to minimise inconvenience to our customers. On this occasion Lisa contacted us after the order arrived to let us know that we had missed the free roll of ribbon from the order. Chris offered to send some out immediately but Lisa was quite relaxed and said that it was ok. We are still happy to send this out on a next day delivery and should you still want it please get in touch.

Thank you for your feedback although in this case we do believe it to be totally erroneous. Both the images and description of the box are perfectly clear. The box image is outlined and the words underneath say in three places "Please note this is NOT an advent box. This product is an outer shipping box only" along with it's standard description of a 'shipping box for the advent box'.

We have had no other contact apart from your review and if we had we would have been most happy to have these returned and refunded you. I can only assume you did find your way to the actual advent boxes because as you say you can see we do not sell them in quantities of 10. The reason for this is that we are a TRADE ONLY wholesaler which is evident by the large bulk quantities that we sell in and I can only assume again that you are a retail customer that has strayed onto our website in error.
Ultimately it seems that your review is for your error in ordering rather than one for our service and/or products which we pride ourselves in, and which reflects heavily in all our other reviews.
