Ordered a Premium Lager Low & No Alcohol Free Mixed Beer Selection as a Christmas gift and received a completely different product (pale ales and IPAs instead of the advertised premium lagers). I contacted the company multiple times via email, attempted a phone call and tried their online chat system, but never received a single response. Christmas passed with no resolution and I had to buy an alternative gift. Still haven’t heard from them.

Incorrect product supplied and zero customer service. Still waiting for a refund. Would not recommend. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

I wanted some Spanish beer for my Xmas guests. The Alhambra beer was just perfect. My guests are Spanish and appreciated my efforts.

I did not receive the item i ordered, you sent something else! I had to purchase elsewhere the item I ordered. I won't use this company again.

I was expecting my item to be delivered on the 16th Dec as I had been given an hour tine slot by DPD...it didn't arrive...I arranged for it to be redelivered Thurs 18th when I knew i would be in...again it didn't arrive...and today a week after it should of been delivered I still haven't got ...I am getting nowhere with Beerhunter,DPD or Amazon who for the last 4 days are saying it's out for delivery but running late...its obvious that it has been lost or stolen l....I have been trying to contact all 3 but not getting any replies to my request for a refund...
The day it was supposed to be delivered i had a time slot ..I was in all day and at no time did dpd attempt to deliver it....

Order BH47811 purchased on 14th of December, website stated last day to purchase for guaranteed christmas dispatch and on checkout it stated 3-5 business days to dispatch.

It has been 5 business days, order hasn't been dispatched and have tried to contact beerhunter, AI bot on their website says there's nothing they can do and to just wait.

Sent an email 2 days ago and still no response

Tried to call, line is always busy

Not responding to emails or calls, order not shipped as promised.

Very very unhappy

Excellent selection of beers and speedy sewrvice

I had ordered via the seller profile on Amazon. For a custom wine box and a bottle of wine. The first box came broken and then they told me they would send a replacement. The delivery came but no nothing was in side the box. Deeply disappointed as this was a Xmas present.

This is my go to company for German beers, the boxes with the full selection always go down a treat. The free gifts inside are always, thoughtful and useable not like other companies who send tat.
