So grateful to Beggs shoes for stocking Ricostex boots! Thought I'd never be able to get them anymore. Ordered online and had prompt response, very straightforward and friendly service.

Saw some lovely boots in the window; went in but they were not exactly right for me. One of the assistants then helped me find the right pair for me. She was super helpful and I came away with a lovely pair of Heavenly Feet boots. A Christmas Treat.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes in the past two weeks. Karen served me both times and was so patient with finding me something that didn't hurt my arthritic feet. A good experience both times.

Excellent service and information from Karen B in the Kirkwall shop. Nothing was to much trouble, in and out of the storeroom with boxes of Skechers shoes and then she showed me a pair of iMac walking trainers which were perfect, just what I was looking for.

We were visiting Kirkwall for a few hours from our cruise ship. Came across a Beggs shoe shop, and what a lucky find! Got exactly what I wanted with the help of a lovely lady assistant called Karen B. Nothing was too much trouble for this helpful lady. Many thanks. Loving my new shoes!

I ordered my sandals on line 2 days ago and they arrived today, perfectly wrapped and with a personalised hand written note from Susan. This gave it the human touch.

I visited Begg shoes in Kirkwall looking for a pair of shoes for a wedding and hopefully some trainers. I was served by Hannah who was so helpful and patient with me. I find it difficult to get comfy shoes and she brought out so many pairs to try.
In the end I got the perfect wedding shoes but no trainers as run out of time. I'll be back for the trainers another day.
The shop has a great selection and lovely staff, thank you so much.

Her expert guidance helped me select the perfect shoes, which I then purchased. I appreciate Hannah's exceptional service and warm demeanor. Sincerely, a 65-year-old woman who uniquely opted for platform shoes.

Came across this shop on a stop at Kirkwall on a cruise. Spotted what I call a “proper” shoe shop. Staff excellent. Shoe choice absolute heaven. As I live in Hampshire I was over the moon to discover they do an internet service. I can continue to be a customer from the other end of the UK. My Skechers shoes still make me feel like I am walking on air. Great place to shop.

Bought a pair of boots as a "big scary birthday" present to myself. So glad I did. Service is superb, not only fast but with a prepaid returns label. No chance of me needing it as the boots are not only beautiful but sublimely comfortable. I’ll be back for my next big scary birthday ... or even before that!
