Customer Service answered a query promptly regarding sizing. I ordered their Mini Yacht cardigan and it is beautiful, it arrived quickly and very well packed. I had also ordered the incorrect size (my error) and although I couldn’t exchange (reordered the correct size) my refund was issued within 6 days.
The delivery service is very bad. Given the price of the product, this is not the service you would expect. It's better just to buy from other retailers' websites.
