Don’t order if your from uk

Don’t order if your from uk. I ordered 3 dresses from here for £218, I paid and everything and it said shipping was nothing so I paid the £218 thinking shipping was free. I then got an email from the delivery website saying I have to pay £82 in import tax to get it delivered. I emailed them saying this and that I had no clue they was going to charge me this much to get it delivered they basically said it was my own fault because they list it on the website, but no where do they say you would have to pay this much. Literally misleading as they should clearly state this. Now I’m stuck and I will either way have to pay even more money to get it returned or if I keep the package and pay £82 and something doesn’t fit I have no choice but to pay more money again to send it back. A lot of other reviewers say this as well so please don’t buy from here if you want to waste loads of money.

Unfortunately we do not have any control over your local Customs Authority and any fees that are required to be paid to deliver your parcel are in accordance with your country's Import laws.

We are unable to give any advice on potential fees that may be incurred by you. For more information we would recommend that you get in touch with your local Customs & Importing Authority about the Import Tax they charge.

Amazing customer service from Max and Trisha!!

Such amazing customer service by Max and Trisha!! I urgently needed a dress in a different size which was unfortunately out of stock and they were soooo incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They provided remarkable after hours service and contacted different departments to find the size I needed so I could match the other bridesmaids. Will definitely purchase again from BB because of their amazing team and thanks once again. Xx

I placed an order with Beginning…

I placed an order with Beginning Boutique and promptly received my product. Unfortunately, I ordered a larger size and wished to return and exchange this for a smaller size as the quality of the product was exceptional. I was provided remarkable after hours service from a customer service consultant, who thoroughly assisted me in navigating through the process. Having had over a decade worth of customer service, I was extremely impressed with the level of dedication and care provided by the customer service consultant. I look forward to receiving my item and purchasing more from BB!

I had an order with BB

I had an order with BB, and I was sent an email to review my items. However it hasn’t arrived yet and so I emailed the BB team and they responded so promptly. It was amazing, after receiving a second update I received my items the next day! Thoroughly impressed with the customer service and absolutely adore my items!

Very happy Plus

Very happy Plus. I purchased the Maeve Blazer White size 12 just 5 days ago online. BB communications are fantastic & the courier service they use (DHL Express) are fantastic. The blazer arrived carefully packed & it is a perfect fit. OMG thank you Beginning Boutique for this lovely blazer & your wonderful service.

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service. An item was out of stock and they issued me a gift card. I reached out and explained the situation, they were so understanding. Walked me though how they were going to fix it and came to a solution in which I was happy. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent service

My daughter ordered a few dresses within a couple different orders, trying to find the right style and size for prom. The dresses came quickly and the return/exchange process was easy. Each time I had a question, the customer service agents were very quick to respond, helpful and provided personal follow up. I could not be more impressed with the customer service from this online store!

Super disappointed

Ordered a bikini set and was so disappointed. First of all I got two bikini tops (two in different sizes) and no bottom, very annoying. Plus the fit and proportions make no sense- the straps are ridiculously wide and the coverage of the bra maybe fits a six year old. On the website it seemed so flattering but irl it’s impossible to wear since it’s so unproportional. Do not make the mistake I did.
