Their streaming services worked about 20% of the time.

I cancelled the yearly subscription but next year they still charged me — absolutel fraud of a service and company.

As a big fan of baseball in France, I want to watch the World Baseball Classic games. But I can't, because beIN Sports got the rights for it, and they publish almost no games.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. This company is a complete scam. Took my money for a year subscription and always having issues logging in to watch live. And then they want to charge $50 a month to become a member just to get technical support. This is poor business. Save your money and yourself the aggravation and frustration from it all.

Could not recommend this product any less. Terrible platform, terrible usability, incompetent and awkward customer service.

Bein sport should be renamed to good for nothing because that's what it two weeks it took to fix an issue hopefully it does not happen again this is the second time this has happened and there won't be a third.
Hand over the Serie A to Stan Sport no problems there.

Over 15 min average delay in most of the games, no previous no before the Game and halftime show , or at least commercials , I'm watching the game in other application

It just doesnt work well. Every time I want to watch F1 on my TV it has an error and I cannot live stream. Every single time.

Everything about interacting with this comp-any is opaque and often doesn't technically work. Other TV and sporting apps are far superior.

Rubbish. Can watch F1 pre and post qualifying but not the actual qualifying event!

It’s not in real “live” watching and it’s annoying that in every match break they cut of the vision of the tennis game !

I don’t know why Arabic commentators esp Isam Al Shawali and other North African guys just shout rather than giving context .

I hate watching any game esp with this guy just shout .

The best one without a doubt is Ali Mohammed Ali , the Egyptian commentators are the best

Pathetic service! Switching to live broadcast while watching the game from the start, in doing so revealing the final score and ruining the experience. They have one job, broadcast a football match and they cant do that. The type of company one can only wish would go out of business in order for proper service providers to get the rights. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Every 2 weeks when I want to watch F1, I can't play a life cast or a recorded session, all I get is a black screen. My profile says I am logged in as Apple user, but it does not let me log-out and log-in again. BeIN support advises deleting and re-installing the App (on Apple TV), but that did not work.
What finally worked is to change the country location and then back to Singapore. This prompted the TV Log-in QR code to appear, and I could log in again using my iPhone TV log-in procedure.

This is extremely frustrating and happens biweekly. These constantly occurring login issues are much worse than the very bad user interface.

I only use BeIN to watch F1 and can’t wait for the day F1 becomes available on another, less buggy platform, i.e. Apple TV !

App continually logs out. absolutely unreliable. Almost impossible to locate scheduled events. Absolutely the worst app interface especially given the price. as soon as an alternative is available I will be cancelling. Unfortunately paid for 12 mths or i'd be gone and get highlights on youtube.

Pay to watch ATP and WTA tennis as it’s the only way to legally watch those tournaments in Australia. But can only watch matches happening on the main courts. Ridiculous. Why can’t all matches be shown? Ripoff.

I wish I didn't have too, but is really the only way to watch tennis in Australia.

It drops out, it buffers it is at times not easy to get online and watch tennis.
..never straight forward.

Absolutely awful company. They tell you they’ll provide you a service on a subscription, however fail to deliver the service. The app crashes, unable to live stream events, and glitches badly. How they have the monopoly on so many sports is beyond me. When you contact support, they’re rude and dismissive just telling you it’s your fault and that hopefully you’ll have “better luck next time”. Getting a manager is near on impossible as the advisors will just keep sending you bs responses.

I think bein sport is still in the 90s. A 10 year old could have produced a better website. Tried to watch Sheff utd v Ipswich today and missed the whole 2nd half as it would not load. Very frustrating. I pay my money I expect something for it. Anyone thinking of joining Bein Sport. Don't. One word to sum up.
