My order arrived very quickly, I was not charged for delivery and I was kept informed when the courier would deliver my order. It arrived as scheduled and the delivery person rang my doorbell and handed me the package personally, this dosent happen with all carriers, last week I had a chair left on my drive, even though I was at home when it was delivered!

After packing some items I lost my charger I checked 3 boxes but couldn't find it, I'm disabled and the Beldray is just right, so I bought my one from Lidl and looked for serial numbers, went on line found Beldray, found the charger number put a order in for it, I felt like Sherlock Homles I did it on line without a ten year old child to help me I'm 78 years and all this line stuffs beyond me now I can get on with my light weight Beldray hoover x

I experienced numerous problems with the order and payment process before I could succesfully complete the order. Once placed however the delivery was prompt speedy.

The new brush head works brilliantly and was easily able to pick up all the dust, fluff and long hairs that my sweeping brushes had been leaving behind. I'm very happy with the product.

The carrier (Yodel) made an excellent job of keeping me updated via their link, giving excellent information about the number of deliveries before mine, so that my daughter and I enjoyed watching the progress of our parcel as the vehicle moved around the map.

I have had my Beldray plug in heater for several years and believe it has saved me a lot of money on electricity so bought one for a friend to use in his conservatory.Very effective in small rooms
