I discovered this company online and was initially very impressed by their product range, which is why I decided to place an order. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been disappointing.

I ordered a chaiselongue, and upon unpacking, I noticed that the material on one side was torn. The damage is located on the front part of the sofa, making it clearly visible. While the delivery itself was very smooth and the courier took the packaging immediately (which I actually considered a good delivery experience at the time), this meant I did not have the chance to photograph the damaged packaging.

I contacted customer service right away. The compensation offered was very limited (around 10%), despite the visible damage and the fact that repairing it will require additional cost on my side. Communication has been very slow, and despite a long email exchange starting in November, my case still feels unresolved.

It is disappointing, especially as this was my first order and I genuinely like the product itself. Unfortunately, due to the handling of this situation and the lack of a fair resolution, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I also had to return a set of bar stools that didn’t match the size I needed, and the process was surprisingly painless. They arranged the pickup, sent the replacement quickly, and refunded the difference without any fuss. Really appreciate how customer-friendly they are 😍

I ordered several lamps and was quite disappointed by the quality. The designs are great, comparable to IKEA. However, it seems the products are manufactured in China with little quality control. The packaging suggests products no better than wholesale/dropshipping items from AliExpress, with plain uniform boxes exhibiting a Beliani Logo printed on them.

Two of the lamps were wrapped in plastic and were spreading a toxic-like chemical stench in the entire room after unpacking. I had to store them in the garage for a week. Another metal lamp was dented and of poor build quality. In this low price segment, I think IKEA is a far better deal, as they at least strive to avoid putting potentially hazardous plasticizer chemicals into living room products.

A second look on their return policy is also not good. The products may only be returned if they have not been assembled.

I bought a beautiful wreath for my apartment. Happy with it!

I am really happy with Beliani's service. My items were dispatched shortly after I placed the order, I was able to track its shipping progress and it arrived to me relatively quickly. The table was neatly packaged.
