I had a problem with a table purchased through Beliani. From the first complaint email to them, the response from customer services I found to be very prompt and efficient.
The overall experience is good, from ordering,( delivery excellent ) and sorting out the problem I had!

I bought a bed inkl. montage and this bed was delivered on Dec. 24. There were parts missing and some parts broken. The guys who delivered the bed left on the 24th and I was given another date for them to fix the bed (January 10). On the 9th I got an E-mail that they can‘t come on the 10th. I had to phone them several time till I got a new Date to fix the Bed, and that was January 17th. Today is January 17 and yesterday I got a call from a Beliani supervisor and I was told that they can‘t come today either. I still didn‘t get a new date for fixing my bed.
Since a month I can‘t use my sleeping room. It seems that Beliani‘s customer service is very bad. Nobody cares.
I am so far that if they don‘t come next 2-3 days I will request my money back!

After ordering the customer doesn't receive any confirmation of the order, so doesn't know if the order was accepted or when the delivery is expected to take place. I had to write an email. This should be improved as the product choice itself is quite good.

I have ordered bed Lubbon on Beliani’s website and I would say it was one of the best experiences of buying the furniture I had in Switzerland. I liked everything starting from the website ending the quality of the bed. Also I was very happy to find out their operators speak English. About the bed Lubbon it is the same as on the picture and of nice quality. Also I liked they have delivered everything in time.

First time I ordered, all was great unfortunately when the item was delivered I didn't like it, so I contacted the customer service. They were very quick to respond and sorted everything out easily. That's one of the reasons why I keep on ordering there. Customer service responsiveness and ability to deal with problems smoothly is very important to me. I have ordered more items since - which I have kept lol - and will do it again :-)
