Non rispettano i termini di consegna
Ho fatto due ordini ben distinti, per entrambi non hanno rispettato la data di consegna, viene posticipata e quando si contatta il servizio alla clientela, ti rispondono semplicemente che puoi annullare l’ordine e che ti viene restituito quanto pagato. Una persona fa un’ordine e si aspetta che venga rispettato in tutte le sue forme, anche perché il ritardo della consegna può creare delle problematiche non indifferenti. Società non affidabile.
I have placed two separate orders, for both of them they did not respect the delivery date, it is delayed and when you contact customer service, they simply tell you that you can cancel the order and that you will get your money back. A person places an order and expects it to be respected in all its forms, also because the delay in delivery can create significant problems. Not a reliable company.
