I’ve had such a wonderful experience collaborating with Beliani to help transform my newly renovated garden. I’ve admired their garden furniture and timeless designs for a long time, so getting the opportunity to work together truly felt like a dream come true.

From the very first interaction with Nina, the communication was seamless - lots of helpful back-and-forth to ensure everything was perfect. The team went above and beyond to help me choose the ideal pieces that suited both my style and the layout of my outdoor space.

Delivery was smooth and everything arrived beautifully packaged. The furniture was easy to assemble, and the final result is a stunning, modern setup that feels both sleek and high quality. I’ve received so many lovely compliments, both online and in person and the pieces are clearly built to last.

I bought a sofa from Beliani which came with a 24-month warranty — or at least that’s what they advertise.

Fourth month and When I reported a clear defect (a tilted backrest and loud squeaking noises when sitting) a few months after delivery, still well within the warranty period, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of acknowledging the issue or even referencing the warranty, they kept insisting I should have reported the problem on the day of delivery.

I explained that the issue was visible early on but I didn’t raise it immediately because I trusted the product and the warranty would cover me if something turned out to be faulty — which it clearly is.

They are now asking for photo evidence from the day of delivery, which no average customer is likely to have.

They are clearly trying to avoid responsibility by setting impossible standards and completely sidestepping the point of the warranty.

This isn’t customer service — it’s just avoidance.
They are simply trying to dodge this and offered me a £20 voucher. Which i have refused.

As they’ve refused to resolve this fairly, the only option i am left with is to file a Section 75 claim.

Delivery ⅓ more than advertised, no warning of delay! No tracking ! And then refunds take up to 10 days! Not great!

For me everything was great. Product was as described and came well packaged. I was unsure of stock / dispatch time and called customer services. They answered the phone quickly and reassured me about my order. It was delivered a few days after. Based on my experience, I will definitely purchase from Beliani again.

Got this gorgeous shaggy area rug from Beliani. The rug is very comfortable, durable, and soft! Great and responsive customer service. Would definitely recommend Beliani, the products are of great quality.

If you’re reading this, please don’t bother with this product. In fact, please dont bother with this company as a whole. Awful experience, and awful customer service!

We bought a whirlpool bath from Beliani. After our plumbers connected the bath, no air/bubbles were coming out of the jets. Initially Claudia was helpful over chat and email, suggesting we need to get our plumbers to check the connections and check to see if the pump was wet/dry/burnt, we’ve done this. We’ve been asked to supply photos and videos. All of which had been done. Lucas said we’d have an answer on next steps within 24hrs. It’s been 48hrs now and despite me chasing on email, there is no one replying. As the bath doesn’t work and they are not replying, we have no choice now but to go to our credit card company to receive our money back. We would warn against buying this product in the UK. They are a Swiss company, who have no people on the ground in the UK and we’d wished we’d gone with a company that has a UK support team in the event of issues arising post delivery. We’re gutted as were hoping to have had our brand new whirlpool bath ready to use in our new home as we moved in. It looks good, but not working and was not cheap. However it has been a month now since we raised the issue, and we have lost patience now. Unless they call me back in the next 24 hours, I will not take this review down and will start the procdure to get my money back through my bank.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ordered 1 week ago and told 4 days for delivery, finally able to contact them and they said it arrives in the country tomorrow, then when the courier collects it they will be 4 working days to deliver.
So the 4 day deliver is actually 14! customer service said it is down to them being busy as it is garden season, funny though the website still says "immediate dispatch with delivery in 1-4 days"

Just avoid as they tell lies and false promises just to get a sale

Bought a Borgio rocking bench with delivery was charged £166.64. Difficulty assembling as the instructions were the worst I have ever come across. All diagrams with pictures that did not match the components. The parts were supposed to be lettered for identification around 50% were missing the letters. I am quite handy but spent a full day as I had to take it apart as no instructions for some parts. I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Company also charged me for using PayPal. I queried this but very slow reply which was it was my fault as it must be the way my account is set up. I have used PayPal for years and never ever previously charged by any other Company. Poor quality goods as the arms with no id marking would not fit. I believe these looked the same but were not. Ended up drilling new holes to get it together. Buy from Temu and get similar item 50% cheaper. Will never ever use this company again.

Customer service are not worth contacting because they are useless and don’t do anything.
UK delivery company Furdeco equally useless. They don’t answer emails or telephone calls and apparently they don’t even answer Beliani customer service calls.
Had the Sofa in their warehouse for a week and still have no scheduled delivery time and date

Ordered a sofa online, it arrived when it was supposed to. Nicely delivered. It wasn't suitable and so I had to return it, I judge companies more on how they deal with returns. I had a good experience. Extremely pleasant when you ring to speak to them, which is always appreciated. Return dealt with and money received. Very happy, would recommend this Company.

Very happy with the plant pot that I ordered. It arrived in good time and safely secured. The plant pot is beautiful and good quality that also elevates my living space.

I bought two boucle chairs and absolutely love them. I had been looking for a long time these were exactly what I wanted.

I received a Wendy house and did a transformation on it we love it, only thing I would say was wish it came with a floor!
The rug we had was excellent quality. A lamp for my daughter’s room again fab quality. The pink kids rocking deck chair really recommend it’s absolutely fab and the Throw I feel is quite a high price point but we do love it.

First-class delivery of the Garden Sofa with Ottoman 7 Seater BATTIFOLLO Modular in Olive Green, outdoor rug, and peacock decoration are all beyond amazing! The quality of the garden modular furniture is exceptional and super comfortable to sit/lie on and enjoy. It can be reconfigured in so many different ways too. It's brilliant! I love that it is completely weatherproof and is easily cleaned too which will add to its longevity. The KOTA rug is perfect and is easy to care for and comfortable underfoot. The decorative figurine is a joy to see in our garden too. I can highly recommend Beliani!
