If there was any less than 1 star I’d choose that. The worst experience EVER!
Delivery is always delayed, changed and then cancelled due to unavailability. I had to wait for weeks living in an empty apartment due to delayed delivery. DO NOT waste your money and time, the quality is even worse.

After all the hustle and wait and delays and sleepless nights due to LATE bed delivery, they offered a CHEAP compensation of 300DKK. Which I rejected.

Worst shopping experience ever of my life! Such respect less bad service as well! I ordered a box for outdoor and they sent me one with damages . As soon I wrote them the information and pictures of the damages they did not want to help me and I ended up in Kronofogden and had to pay the extra price! A nightmare never again ordering from this site and the stuffs they have is such a bad quality !!

I bought a coat hanger from them which sadly came so bent that it was unusable, I, of course, messaged them about it but even now after almost 3 weeks they still have not given me my money back or sent me a return label and keeps sending me almost the exact same email asking to choose 1 of 3 methods which I already have done.

Delivered the wrong chair, and I don't have the time nor energy to send it back...

I ordered a pink chair with pink button decorations, but I received pink chair but with some glass-like buttons, which isn't exactly the vibe I hoped for...

I had a great interaction with customer service and I am happy on how they handled the situation.

I bought a lounge set (Loungesæt, Sort/Grå MESSINA) last year and within a year the table got damaged, bubbles appeared on it. In addition, stains have started to appear on it. A product sold for 15.179 DKK should be of better quality. I complained to customer service about this issue, but they blamed me. It is unacceptable that they sell such a bad product and blame their customers. Stay away from this company and its products.

Jeg købte et loungesæt (Loungesæt, Sort/Grå MESSINA) sidste år, og inden for et år blev bordet beskadiget, og der kom bobler på det. Derudover er der begyndt at komme pletter på det. Et produkt, der sælges for 15.179 DKK, bør være af bedre kvalitet. Jeg klagede til kundeservice over dette problem, men de gav mig skylden. Det er uacceptabelt, at de sælger et så dårligt produkt og giver deres kunder skylden. Hold dig væk fra dette firma og dets produkter.

I cancelled my order 5 minutes after it was sent the guy says yes ill cancel it then says hes call me back to confirm. 1 day later no confirmation and just charged me money.

Mega joke shop, please dont ever buy from these scammers.

I took chance and tried to buy the high bar chair from beliani.dk. The product ordered were same as shown on the website. The delivery service was fast and infact a day before of the promise delivery date. The product came in good and strong packing box.

Happy with overall product quality and will sure be happy to buy more in future.
