THE PICTURE MAKES THE PRODUCT MORE THAN WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS. THE RING IS WAY SMALLER THAN WHAT THE PICTURE SHOWS.

Awful

Awful, My order never come. I do my order on 25 July 2020! Now we have 03 February 2021, and of course i try many times to contact with them but the was automatic and I never took my money back!

I ordered 2 family rings for my…

I ordered 2 family rings for my daughters back in September I received 1 ring with a note saying the other would be sent the following week. 3 weeks later and no 2nd ring I sent a feelw emails and was told they would ship it. When I got it it was a duplicate of the first ring. Back to a few email and again they apologized. Ring will be shipped along with a shipping label to return the duplicate ring. 1 week before Christmas the 2nd ring arrives yesterday. Its a 4 stone ring and it has only 3 stones in it. Really Belinda Jewelz you suck! Now what do I do? My daughter will be so disappointed and I am fighting mad 😠. I will never order from them again!!

Amazed by the item and how fast they ship

I did some research before purchasing and saw the reviews, but my experience with them was not even close to what the reviews say (in a good way).

I purchased from them the snowflake earrings for my GF from their website, i got a confirmation email after the purchase in 2 minutes and got the earring after 3 days.

After my purchase (on 5 Oct) i got to see that they actually have a full on amazon store with hundreds of reviews and ordered the snowflake ring (to make a set with the earrings) and got in from amazon in 1 day (expedite shipment).

My GF is happily wearing the set every chance she had and the items are really really looking great.

AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a sapphire ring Aug 31/Sept 1. They have taken money out. Got an email saying they don't know when I'll get my purchase and the email address they gave me to contact them doesn't exist. VERY bad business practice..DO NOT ORDER from.

Awful jewelry, buyer beware!!

Awful, cheaply made jewelry with even worse customer service! Had two different bracelets break within 24 hours of wearing them. Buyer beware!!

The stones in the ring are so small you can hardly tell they are there. If I had to pay full price, I would be seriously upset. For what I paid for it, it is ok. I had great service throughout. They were very good about sending emails letting me know it was being readied all the way through delivery. I would buy from them again. The service was great.
