Absolute dogshit service. A technician was supposed to install my internet, he came in and said he didn’t know how to so he left. And bell has been calling me every other day to ask why my internet in... See more

‘Haya’ at the Bell Store in Mapleview Mall in Burlington was awesome!!! She helped us this morning (Boxing Day) set up a new mobile phone account and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She also helped us update our home tv and internet service. Thank you again for your amazing service!

They charged us 416$ for a mistake they did and it’s been one month and a half that we are calling the customer service to refund the money and we all hear promises and LIES!!! This is the worst customer service in the world not only in Canada! We want our money back!! Do we have to go to court to have this refund?? Never ever use them they are garbage!!

Bell MTS could care less. Just give them money.
Our Internet and Tv has been down for almost three days now, as of Dec 22/25. No fix in sight. No one has any answers. No one cares. But l'm sure our exorbitant monthly bill will be here any minute.
Employees at bell boutique in…
Employees at bell boutique in Sherbrooke are rude, impolite and arrogant. They refuse to help even though an agent during a call specifically told me to go to the boutique for help.
Poor Customer Experience
My customer experience with Bell was extremely frustrating and very poor to say the least. The executive offices do not communicate with site offices. Simply, the right hand doesnt communicate with the left hand. When you call in, agents in customer service are not knowledgeable and not trained properly. You experience huge wait times with zero resolution. It was easier to get a new cell phone 20 years ago. Good customer service is unfortunately foreign to Bell.
Their website as INTERNET PROVIDER DOES NOT WORK
"Site feedback" button links go nowhere (has persisted for 2months)
Setting up auto payments doesn't work - gives an error (has persisted for 4months) - This error also occurred when trying to sign up for a service, set up payments for your service after calling a human to get them to finish the sign up. (Still not fixed 4 months)
Their website as INTERNET PROVIDER DOES NOT WORK
Unreliable connection
Unreliable connection, very slow service. Paying for up to one gig & have never passed 450 mb. Average is under 200 mb. Frequently disconnected. Poorest service we’ve had in 25 years! Getting rid of Bell.
Bell needs more ppl like Taleena
I would like to give a big shoutout to Taleena (sorry if I spelt it wrong) she was so kind, understanding, went above and beyond to help me with my issues
She definitely deserves a raise!!!! Thank you sooooo much!! Bell should have more people like her who actually listens to customers issues and resolves them!!! I gave her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟!!!
The worst company you can ever deal…
The worst company you can ever deal with.
They have the worst service, Sales reps are rude, do not help as if they are stuck at their jobs.
Government of Canada should let American Companies in so that we have better services and less monopoly.
Horrible
Genuinely horrible service, they consistently undercut you on your rates, until you email or speak to them about how they're essentially scamming you. They then give you the rate you pay for, for maybe 1-2 days before reducing it and scamming you again. Horrible company with horrible service, horrible products and horrible business practices. Would give a 0 out of 5 if possible.
Worst experience I have ever had
I got a promotion for Bell Internet. It worked well for a week and then it started to disconnect every hour. I thought it was weather related, but after it happening off and on for a few weeks, I chatted with a specialist. After talking to 3 specialists which took a total of 3 hours, all of which asked me to do the same things, one said he turned on a setting for bad weather and it should fix it. After about a half hour we completely lost WiFi. I chatted with another specialist who could not fix it and after more time was convinced by me to set up a service call the next day.
The technician showed up at noon the next day, fixed a faulty wire that was plugged into the modem, connected our phones to WiFi somehow and tried to leave. I told him to come back in to connect everything else, after over 2 hours he just gave up, said he got the internet working and that I had too many smart devices and left.
I called Bell right after he left. Was on the phone for another 3 hours with technical support. Also a loyalty rep was supposed to call me about cancelling and never did, I called them instead. Thankfully they did not charge me for any bills or cancelling the internet promotion and apologized.
For anyone thinking about going with Bell, don't, it is not worth the time and the headache if and when something goes wrong. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!
Avoid Bell Mobility at All Costs
Avoid Bell Mobility at All Costs
Bell Mobility is one of the most shiesty, misleading companies I’ve ever dealt with. They have no problem quietly adding charges to your bill, gouging you for fees you never agreed to, and then hiding behind fine print when you question it. Every month feels like a surprise—random add-ons, unexplained increases, and “adjustments” that were never clearly disclosed upfront.
What’s worse is their dishonesty around contracts. You’re told one thing when you sign up, only to find out later that the terms magically change when it benefits them. When you call customer service, you get conflicting explanations, vague answers, or outright denial of what you were promised. It’s a constant cycle of being transferred, put on hold, and gaslit into thinking the charges are somehow your fault.
Bell relies on confusion and exhaustion to wear customers down. They know most people won’t spend hours fighting every bogus fee, and they take full advantage of that. Transparency is nonexistent, accountability is zero, and trust is impossible.
If you value honest billing, clear contracts, and basic respect as a customer, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Bell Mobility.
Bell lied to me and Bell scares me
Bell lied to me and Bell scares me
At the end of the below, I'll also say that Bell could only offer me wifi speed in our neighborhood that was 1/3 of Rogers and at the exact same price.
Bell finally made their internet available in our centrally located neighborhood in KW, Ontario. They sent sales people door to door in the neighborhood. They were very pushy and we said no thanks 3 times. On the 4th visit they offered a "free" trial for 2 months. But they actually started charging us on day one. When I contacted Bell the first time they said they weren't aware of the deal or contract details we agreed to. The salesperson who came to the door also then had theie phone disconnected and Bell couldn't trace them. Once of Canada's largest companies and they can't identify who approached my door in uniform or who was working the neighborhood that week?
I tried contacting Bell multiple times after this to cancel the service and they just simply hung up the phone on me. After finally getting through to cancel the wifi they told me that it was only going to be after I used the wifi and paid for it for 2 months that they would consider meeting their agreed to terms and would then make the next two months free. So at the end of this I am om the hook for over $100 after Bell lied to me that they just wanted someone to try the new internet in our neighborhood.
I feel deceived and lied to and used because a sales employee needed to hit a quota and Bell can't keep track of their employees. It could have been anyone who approached my door!
Those peoples are cheater while gang is…
Those peoples are cheater while gang is just looking for make fraud with you, without you concern they will activate new lines and ask you for charges even if you request for discontinued they will not listen you instead of that put blame on you and will not listen your instructions. This is total garbage service and looting money form customer and Blake mailing customer by putting unnecessary charges in them just to spoil their credit history. I will not at all recommend anyone to take any service from bell is just dum ash people
With the Government pushing the slogan…
With the Government pushing the slogan "keep your money in Canada for Canada" Why do we allow Bell to do business with Canadians from India and the Philippines? They gauge us for their services and then pay pennies on the dollar. I spoke with a lady from India yesterday, she had agreed that there was an issue and was supposed to resolve the issue with her manager and then call me back at 5:30 which she never did! Today I call Bell back and today I was fortunate enough to speak with someone from the Philippines who then proceeded to tell me that they lied to me! [Outstanding!!] How do you expect to give quality consistent service when your employees are situated all over the world with the inability to speak with one another? The Government should force these big companies to keep their money in Canada for Canadians! But since Bell is owned by the government I guess this will fall on deaf ears.
The Bell customer service is awsome
The Bell customer service is awsome. They would go up and beyond to rectify your problem. I our situation when we returned back in he evening our Modem was not working and I contacted bell customer service and they helped me to restore my modem and reset the new modem and connect us to the internet and wifi
Cancelled my bell tv 4 months ago sent…
Cancelled my bell tv 4 months ago sent back my hardware as soon as the Canada Post strike was over. I've called and spoke with managers 3 times when I was wrongfully billed. I was reassured I would receive a credit last month. I have written down all the call reference numbers which I have given the manager's I spoke with each time. I just got another bill
Bell don't have much to offer
Bell don't have much to offer. The bundles they offer are not great. I have noticed some channels I used to have were gone. I regret subscribing to Bell. Once renewal is up, I won't go back.
