I'm sorry you are reporting items missing from your order, we can not see where you have reported this to us directly. Have you checked the other boxes for the items? For example, the overflow covers are really small, so are often put into the boxes of the other items so they don't get lost in transit.

Great service from call handler
We had a possible return but have since reconsidered. Spoke to the company on the phone. The woman who dealt with me, Kate, was great. She suggested she’d look up some alternatives and email them to me, which she did - and very quickly too. Great service and personal involvement in fixing the issue. Recommended.
