Took the money but no communication
If you ring the contact number you will not get a response. If you email, you will not get a response. If you buy a product, you will not get a confirmation email.

Ordered item over a week ago not even been despatched contacted them twice no response won’t be using again order number 11164
Ordered an item on the 14th December 2023. When I received the item on 22nd December the item was correct but the design was not the one I had ordered. Contacted company via email. Received an out office until 3rd January reply which was understandable give the festive period.
Since the 3rd I have telephoned, emailed and attempted to contact via website all without reply.
I am increasingly frustrated by their lack of response.
I have initiated a compliant via PayPal.
I will update review if I receive a response.

I have received a response from the company and have reached a satisfactory conclusion.
However customer service was poor and I has the customer should not have had to effectively chase for a response.
