Like many who have written their reviews, I also fell into the trap of an unscrupulous saleswoman named Vanessa Rosario Díaz. Today, out of curiosity, I went to the official website of BellaPierre and checked the prices of the products. I paid $500 for products that do not even reach $200 on the page. With his "false sympathy and desire to help" he demonstrated his lack of personal and professional integrity. I am not going to do anything against her or the company because I firmly believe that KARMA exists and that sooner or later she will feel it in her own flesh.

SCAM!

SCAM!! BEWARE! I was scammed by this store in Costa Maya. The clerk offered a "free" red light therapy, collected my information, and proceeded to charge my card for $9500 without permission. She operated like a quick change artist using confusion, distraction, and pressure. She refused to refund, stating the charge didn't go through. I am currently disputing the charge. I refused to sign and left the store without product, despite her trying to get me to take it for "free." They shipped it to me anyway.

SCAMM**BIG SCAMM**I sailed with Royal Caribbean to Costa Maya in June and was scammed by Bellapierre Cosmetic store at the Costa Maya port of call store. I tried to purchase two products and when I went to pay with my credit card the transaction did not go through, and I just left the store with no merchandise. The next day when I was in Cozumel, I looked at my bank statement and one of the three transactions with Bellapierre for $293.77 had gone through. I called my bank and made a claim two months later my bank tells me that my claim was denied because it was a face-to-face purchase and they have proof and I will not be getting my refund of $293.77. Do not fall for this Bellapierre Cosmetic in Costa Maya or anywhere else, if you do a bit of digging on Google you will find that many people have been scam by this store.

I was scammed by Bellapierre Costa Maya…

I was scammed by Bellapierre Costa Maya Mexico. I purchased the red light and when I said I wanted to take it with me, they assured me it would be netter to have it shipped. It has been 2 months and I have not received it and when my credit card company questioned them they said I received the product and would not be given a refund. Amos Taylor, if that is his real name, was very smooth at sales . SHOPPER BEWARE!

Bella Pierre in Costa Maya is NOT THE real Bella Pierre. I was ripped off for $9500. We were in a rush to get back to the ship and they said they would mail the red light and products. They DID NOT. I had no recourse because I couldn't contact them and my receipt said I had received the products. Nate is a wonderful salesperson and a tremendous LIAR! I was a gullible old lady and he took full advantage!

Bella Pierra Costa Maya over charged by $11,000.

Bella Pierra Costa Maya my wife agreed to about $7000. of purchases that were to be shipped. They charged over $18000. on multiple transactions some of which she did not even sign. On another post Bella Pierre claims they have no retail stores and are not responsible for independent retailers, however they appear to condone theses fraudulent business practices as long as they continue to profit from them.

Bella Pierre Costa Maya SCAM!

Bella Pierre Costa Maya SCAM!

Can't believe I was scammed at Bella Pierre Costa Maya. Bought Collagen Wrinkle Plumper face cream for $174 US and when I got home, was charged $4212 Cdn ($3018.90 US) on my Visa. Clerk was out of my sight with my credit card ringing up my purchase for quite a while. The staff were very aggressive. Been dealing with Visa these past 6 months to get my money back. Left a bad taste in my mouth for never going back to Mexico again.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! CAUTION CRUISERS!
Stay away from Bellapierre Costa Maya!!!
Bunch of crooks and liars.
I deeply regret stopping at this place.
Usually I am very cautious about buying stuff at shops on islands, but was lured in for few minutes, but spent overall an hour of my time. As the result paid $4500 (Canadian). They promised to deliver 10 items I ordered. A month later paid another $700 for taxes and customs clearance. Finally received the package containing 8 items. Emailed, texted, messaged the sales representative many times. Tal promised me to fix the problem. Since then no respond. Still waiting ... It's been 2 month. I am sure I won't hear from them anymore.
DON'T GET SCAMMED!!!

Appalling Customer Service

I ordered a product from them on 16 Oct 23. This arrived on 17 Oct 23, but it's all been downhill from there. My wife identified it as the wrong product. (My fault, I admit!) However, repeated attempts yesterday to ring their customer services for advice on how to proceed resulted in "The recipient has hung up" messages. I therefore used their online messaging service to tell them this and ask them to ring me. Nothing has happened. Frankly, if the item had been for me and not my wife, I would not purchase the item wanted.

Make up review - ordered online.

I ordered a BB cream and also a blusher. I’m very happy with the coverage and ingredients of both. The blusher feels and looks very nice with my skin tone. I really like the packaging of both and the pump dispenser of the BB cream. It was also delivered in a timely fashion.

New bb colours.

This is for the product I received rather than the customer service I received. Wanted to order the new bb cream as I was rapidly running out of the old formula. Was concerned the colours may have changed, so I emailed numerous times and even tried to telephone with no success. In the end in desperation I ordered my usual colour and thankfully it was the same.
