Poor quality beauty products
Poor quality beauty products, some of them they sell only 4 pieces together (microblading eye brow pen that is like a colouring pen really) on return of items,(careful because you cannot return certain items, and eventhough i only opned 1, I am unable to return the other 3, because the packaging is not sealed! )
Upon return, thex direct you to a page which cannot be reached in English! Really?
Delivery was fast!

Hi, I don´t know which product you bought because we dont sell 4 pcs in one pack.. We sell few procuts in 3 pcs/pack and the only products that you can't return if if you bought a 10pcs/pack is needles for microneedling and the microblading needles. The microblading coloring pen is sold separatly and you can return the 3pcs you bought. Actually I dont know why you write that we dont say you can't return products if you contact us in 14 days from the day you got your package. I cant see any order in your name and what i know we have not sent any package tp Hungary so if you want to return send a email to our customer support on help@bellestore.se. Our webshop is based in Sweden and thats why the whole page is not translated into english yet.
I purchased a microwave through PayPal…
I purchased a microwave through PayPal and never got a confirmation email with my tracking order. I'm unable to contact anyone to see if I am even getting the microwave.

Claimed to have items in stock
Claimed to have items in stock, when they in fact didn't. And now the manufacturer is backlogged and can't deliver more for a while. I wouldn't have ordered from this store if I had known they didn't have my stuff in stock.

Please read on you order, you ordered an pre-order products that is not in stock. Thats why it is not sent yet.
We have information about the produkts we are waiting for on website and you also see it on your order confirmation you got on email.
When you buy an pre-order product it means it is not in stock and you will get as soon as we get them in to our warehouse.
