Last month 23rd march I buy portable 8tb ssd mobile storage...and still waiting for it...this site in Netherlands but they sale items from chaina....what is that...it's better you can buy from temu or Ali express..

If I can give no star I would this place is a Scam and they say they can’t find my order number are you serious took my money but can’t find my order all I got for a order number was 7063 no tracking nothing too my money and now my card is saying fraud for using my card for this website which is a scam wish I can show on here I purchase and it’s still saying preparing my order it takes almost ten days to prepare your order went on the actual website when I went to pay paid by shop it’s a website I used in the past and purchased something that definitely came this order was Bellezao tropical did not come and says I ordered it in china definitely a scam my card will not give my money back instead closed my account and said fraud I don’t get it just want my money back since I will never get the perfume keep getting told they can’t see my order that’s because no one gave me a tracking just a order number 7063 nothing else and just took my money I want my refund but I know I won’t get that back my bank called the seller and my bank keeps denying my refund when I never received it still showing pending but my money was already taken out then they say they never see my order cause you never sent me a tracking just took my money and sent me a fake order number 7063 that had someone else email attached to it what is the email I can send a copy showing I paid this website

So I put my order in on January 31. I ordered the Belezo Tropical Brazilian, the Belezo Honey Oud, and the Soft Skin Crush. All of this cost me $139.93 and I only received the Belezo Tropical Brazilian which only cost $44.00. I've emailed them 4 times and I got back No response At All. Please Do not order from this company because they are theifs. Not only that, when it comes to the Belezo Tropical I had multiple people tell me that it stinks, so take it how u want to but it is really just a waste of money and once u open the perfume and use it u can no longer get a refund. So now I have this funky perfume just sitting on my dresser collecting dust and holding up space. Please Do not waste your time nor your money....

SCAM!!!! why is this website still running_ it should be removed. COMPLETE SCAM.

They said they will reimburse me for the return, they ordered the payment but never confirmed it, it is sitting in my account as pending, they do not reply to my messages anymore. I am sorry I didn't check trustpilot before making the purchase, I have lost 100 EUR.

O/10. Received almost 3 weeks after I’ve ordered. What I ordered was not what was advertised on the website. Two completely different products. Customer service did not take my complaint seriously and I obviously won’t get my money back. 50€ gone. Don’t order there.

So dissapointed! The product that I ordered, was unfortenately NOTHING that expected it to be, according to the pictures and explanation of the product. It is probably Chinese, no lable, bad quality, wayy to small, not size L that I ordered and payed for
Hard to return, should pay 50% of return, what?? Don't even know if any refund will be paid to me.
Now I'm stuck with it! Never again!!

So they have contacted me requiring more details regarding my previous experience with them.
All the info in the endless emails I sent to them regarding a pair of shoes I had bought from Belleza which were meant manufactured using genuine leather and with orthopaedic properties.
Instead they sent a pair of plastic (faux leather) shoes which had cost me 50 pounds and when I decided to return them as they were not fit for purpose, they told me to cover the cost of the return to China. They would not accept my arguments and eventually I contacted PayPal who resolved the issue in my favour.
Please avoid them as they will try to send you more cheap stuff at a discounted rate instead of offering a full refund including p&p.

Very poor quality products. I purchased 'orthopaedic' sandals for £30 and they broke after 6 wears. I contacted Belezza for an exchange or refund. I was told no refund or exchange as it was outside of their 30 day refund policy. I had them for 34 days!
They took 15 days to arrive. They looked cheap and plasticy, not like the photos. They were basically cheap rubbish and not worth the price. Avoid this company. Buy elsewhere.

Do not use this company. They ARE NOT Based In UK. The Goods are poor quality not as described. Their Sizes are not true to Size. They refuse to refund full amount and require you to pay shipping costs to China.. Scammers Fake Products
