Your order arrived at a FedEx sorting facility in Virginia on June 7th, where it was lost. Excellent Quality / Excellent Customer Service
I weigh 245 pounds and use ultra strong bungees. The Bellicon is built like a tank and holding up very well. I had a minor issue during setup. The Customer Service representative I dealt with was incredibly helpful. She made a very positive impression.

Our replacement bungees were great! Nice and firm. The first package got delayed and after about a week, I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived in three days. Great service.

Still not recvd
Still not recvd. Bellicon is responsible to choose the best carrier. FedEx would have already delivered. At the least, DHL should have been directed by Bellicon to deliver the package and not hand it off to a non existent postal service. My rebounder is in another town where it has been for 2 weeks now. If it gets delivered, it will be to a nearby plumbing store or clothing bazaar. They will then text me to pick up the package. No way to track it since it's been handed off. Customer service at Bellicon pretty much just shrugged and blamed it on México. Said this is common in Mexico and the package may be damaged when i finally get it. Let me say, it doesn't have to be common if Bellicon will choose better carriers. Hopefully, someday I will receive my rebounder, it won't be damaged, and I can leave a better review.

We’re sorry to hear that you have still not received your package. Of course, we certainly do not wish for our customers, regardless of where they are in the world, to have such delays and delivery complications. However, your framing of how international shipments work is not reflective of reality. While what you described of us ‘directing’ the shipping carries to operate in a certain manner, especially in a foreign nation, is great in theory, and we do wish that we had that level of control over the final delivery process. Unfortunately, no such ability exists for us. The best that we can do is to add some delivery notes, but there is no way for us to ‘direct’ a shipping carrier to ship something in a manner that is logistically impractical or impossible for them. We have shipped orders to Mexico via FedEx as well and have also had similar issues. FedEx too, will also pass off packages to the local postal service for final delivery, depending on the specific location, as that seems to be a common delivery method in foreign nations. Mexico seems to have issues with their public services, and they don’t operate as smoothly and efficiently as they do in other more developed nations. With that said, it is highly likely that you will eventually receive your package and hopefully, there won’t be any damage to the product, but perhaps only to the packaging, if that. If you have still not received it within a certain time period, please reach out to us as we can file a lost by carrier claim and either refund you or re-ship your order.

I really enjoy my Bellicon. It was pricey, but the quality is excellent and it seems gentler on my back than my old one with steel springs.

As an example, one thing you can try is to pre-stretch each bungee by stepping on it and pulling it towards you at least a dozen times or more and that often will give you enough slack to install them.

Excellent customer service
The customer service was excellent. You can always get through to a live person hit, seemingly in my own country and language. Somehow I didn't realize that I had to assemble the bellicon so regretfully had to return it.

Bellicon is just the best there is! I’ve had 3 over time and now so happy with the 49”. Their customer service is so great. It does take a while to receive the rebounder but very fast for bungee replacements in my experience.
