Utterly Absent
We had previously tried to market our plot with Bell Ingram, Oban in 2023/24, with little interest which, at the time, we put down to market forces. We are considering marketing our plot again, so contacted Andrew Fuller on 16 March. Even after two further calls, one text message and two emails we have not heard a thing as at 21 April despite being promised several times that Mr Fuller would be in touch. This is appalling service for an existing customer with property to sell. If it was possible to award zero stars we would, as their service and even communication has been non-existent, and we now wonder whether the previous lack of viewings was down to their lack of effort. We wouldn't now rely on them to market a bag of crisps and have contacted another agent.
