I recently purchased an orange watch strap for my BR, I purchased it from the website.
It was marketed as fitting my watch and shown as one size, I took it this meant the largest size and could then be cut down. The strap turned up, quite quickly. Upon its arrival it became apparent it was a small, I contacted the boutique and explained my plight. They apologised and told me to send it back for a full refund (incl postage). Unfortunately I then had to contact them weekly to point out the refund hadn’t been made, it took just shy of three weeks to refund me. A token gesture was sent as a form of apology, it was just tat.

Seems to be poorly manufactured. A piece fell off (the pusher) within a few years of purchase, and the replacement part is hard to come by and very expensive. Little interest from the manufacturer in helping to repair the watch. Do not recommend.

Great watch, quality feel, looks excellent on arm. (Already had nice comments)
