I bought 2 5 metre Bell tents and all the accessories, one of the camp stoves I’d paid for weren’t in stock when it came to the delivery, so they so very kindly gave me an upgraded version, which was so kind, and I love it.
Also, I am so impressed by their customer service and support. They work above and beyond for their customers.

Fantastic service with faultless quality. Excellent product and we are so pleased with the whole process of ordering and delivery.
Setting up instructions were very easy to follow and the tent was up in no time.

We're particularly impressed with the excellent customer service and expert advice we receive from Bell Tent Sussex. We are building our 'fleet' of hire tents around BTS Classic fire retardant 5m bells. They tick all the necessary boxes for hire (durability, waterproofing, well-made and competitively priced) and look great when set-up which is vital for us when presenting them to customers.

Good experience and good product

The LED lights look great when lit up but the charge didn’t last as long as I hoped.

I purchased the 3 metre bell tent to give a traditional look at the classic car shows that I attend.
It has received many compliments and Sussex Bell Tents details have been happily passed on.
The ordering process was painless and it was delivered to me very quickly.
It is quite heavy but that is not a bad thing after all it is a very good quality tent.
It is made of a more heavier weight material that feels very sturdy. The materials and construction are excellent and I think that this tent will see many years of happy adventures.
I chose the option of no center pole and this makes for a very spacious interior.
Erecting the tent takes a little practice but is actually quite easy once you get used to it.
Would I buy one again? Yes without a doubt.
Pros: everything, what's not to like!
Cons: nothing at all.

We love our 4m star bell tent. It is quick and easy to erect as well as spacious inside. We particularly liked the star design as it has the little overhanging porch. The website was easy to navigate and we appreciated the choice of fabrics. Imagine our surprise when we came back to our tent one day to find its bigger sister (a 5m star) camped next door. The owners were equally enthusiastic.

I LOVE my bell tent and have made the happiest of memories this summer with my kids. It just works perfectly and is beautiful. Everyone thought I must be glamping! Very happy with the company too - very personal help when I needed an extra bit. I can’t imagine anyone regretting getting one of these.

I spent 10 years building luxury bell tents for large UK and European music festivals, and I can say that the 5-meter bell tent I bought from 'Bell Tent Sussex' is even greater quality and value than the ones that I have been putting up for years! I know that I'll have many more happy memories to come in my bell tent and I can't wait to show it off even more in the summer again !
There was a super fast delivery with delivery costs included, which exceeded my expectations! I love the design which the flysheet that zips and unzips all the way around the tent! I'm over the moon and so happy that my small dream (stretching years) of having a bell tents was fulfilled by Bell Tent Sussex !
Additionally, If I have the opportunity to open a small campsite or my own micro glamping company in the future, I will definitely be buying my stock from Bell Tent Sussex ! Also, what is so convenient for me is that they are UK based and the delivery is so fast! ( I also bought 2 half moon carpets from the company website in the same order, and I really love the design and colours!)

Good value, high quality tent. We have used it several times and it is very spacious and looks great.

Good products and services excellent service.

Bell tent protective cover - v good quality and relatively easy to fit (managed without taking down central pole). Just seemed a bit mean not to supply the essential tent pegs !

All round excellent service only one issue but not Bell Tents Sussex fault. Parcelforce took 3 days to deliver tent. Would recommend to anyone looking into using or getting products from them 🤩
