This site is a total SCAM
This site is a total SCAM. I warn you all good people out there, please DO NOT BUY from this site. The article may arrive (if you are lucky) but forget about return/exchange/customer service. The phone number never works, the email address worked at the beginning but not anymore, their site was down and now they are up again to catch more victims.
This is the message I received when I enquired about returning an item:
