I was using their services for about 1 year, although I could not get service from time to time, it was manageable. I applied for account cancellation, thinking that they had canceled, but a new payment was received and I saw that the cancellation ticket was not returned by anyone for about a month. Customer service passes it off as I'm transferring the issue to an authorized person. And first of all, why do I need to open a ticket for an account cancellation? Also you can't delete credit card information once you entered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We've had an outage for over 60 hours and their support team simply don't respond. Their chat agents are minimum-wage Indian out-source guys who can't help and just refer you to the support ticketing system when they close your ticket and mark it as solved despite not resolving it and don't respond via email. We pay $150 per month and this level of service is shocking.

There is a reason why this company does not accept Paypal, it is because you will never get a refund on your credit card ---- terrible customer service, basically ignored me. Please investigate the site, it looks like an Indian site dressed up to be located in the US. Complete waste of time and $35....

I asked for a refund as it was part of their offer, but I never got my money back. They told me they would do it, then money never came back. I contacted them again, but now my emails are just ignored.

Very very disappointed and discussed by your service. I would like to cancel this service and I have been contacting you guys for serval days through support tickets and live chat but no one has responded soon after receiving the payment.
I can't believe how hard is to activate the account when the payment has already been paid. I subscribed to Monster Beuga Shared hosting but extremely disappointed.

The support & turnaround time of beluga cdn staff is awesome. I have been using their service for more than 1 year now.

Being the wholesale clothing store in India ( EthnicSmart.com ), we had complications in serving cdn over SSL, mulitple cdn nodes, CORS origin etc. All these issues were solved via support tickets with minimal coding changes required at our end.

BelugaCDN is best & cost effective CDN. I use BelugaCDN on my Wordpress blog. This is really a good choice for small bloggers.

Only been using it for a few hours, but call me impressed. I manage a software company's online store and downloads and we are always trying to get our costs down and Amazon was taking a big chunk from us. Some of our downloads are extremely large (8 x 1GB) in one case and paying $3k+++ a month was really killing our bottom line.

I was slightly confused on setup and at 8pm on a Wednesday night, their support answered the ticket in 10 minutes and stayed with it until it was resolved.

It may not be as fancy in reporting and features, but it does what I need it to do at a price that will keep us in business and help employ more people. That's ultimately what it's about! We are still using Amazon S3 as our Origin Server until the christmas rush is over.

Amazing support, fast and cheap CDN. Truly great.

After probably 8 years on Edgecast / Verizon with a steadily rising monthly bill, we started exploring alternatives for our CDN. As a SaaS with thousands of users, we have some specific requirements for our CDN wrt cache clearing and respecting our own shared cache control headers. Beluga handled that just fine.

We also wanted a non-SNI cert, which AWS CloudFront can't do without a $600/mo fee. Beluga to the rescue there.

We were hesitant to go with a provider that was cheaper to a shocking degree, but we ran some tests and Beluga's performance looked comparable to Edgecast's. (That said, nobody can touch CloudFront in our experience.) Beluga's docs… need work, but the API does work, and their support is reasonably responsive.

I'd say "you get what you pay for," but that's not true here. You get a LOT more. We still have a CloudFront distribution as a backup, just in case Beluga ever tanks, but it's been rock solid since we switched over to it.

It doesn't have some of the more advanced things like a WAF, but for our needs in this particular situation, we didn't need that.

Only cons:
* The API docs leave quite a bit to be desired.
* No status page. They've said something's coming, but they really need to add that asap. Any service in 2017, especially something as critical as a CDN, should have one.

BelugaCDN were able to not only meet our needs for pricing, performance, support and features, but they were able to exceed them in all those categories.

Friendly staff, fair pricing, professional support.

They are incredibly responsive 7 days a week. Never have had an issue with the hosting.

It was easy to setup, does its job without problems, and the support is very responsive.
