CAREFUL, BUSINESS DOES NOT EXIST, MONEY GONE. NO ITEM RECEIVED, CAREFUL DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Due to Covid my shipment was delayed, Per who is the owner contacted me and helped me order a different product which they could deliver much faster!

Please stay away. This is a very dishonest company. They sent me a broken lamp and claimed I broken it. Clearly they have done this several times with same lamp since the lamp was in such a bad condition when received that it did not look like the product ordered. They force you to pay via a collector that they sell the invoice to. Say goodbye to your money with nothing to show for. Very dishonest company

I bought a few items online from this company. Upon arrival, one of the items was not to my satisfaction, so I wanted to hear about return procedures. I phoned their Danish customer service telephone, but this number was not in service. I tried calling the Swedish customer service, but was disconnected before I could get through. Then I sent them an email (2 months ago), but never received a reply.

Very fast delivery. I was however not satisfied with the quality of my purchase but their response was immediate and very satisfactory. I will be using their services again.

Some trouble with my order however, some nice customer service offered me something else for the same price and I got a nice deal.

I ordered two lamps from BelysningsDesign.se. Lamps were delivered fast, but I noticed that some of the prismas were broken. No worries, after sending reclamation about it, I got the replacement prismas fast.

I was extermely happy with the good customer service. I would consider of ordering lamps in the future again from this shop.

This is a GREAT website. The largest product variety I've seen on any similar site. Very easy to use. Excellent photos of the products. Prices and product info easy to see. Good prices. Fast to make a purchase- no complications, no problems. I love this site.

Everything went well. Lamps are perfect. I couldn't be happier. My living room is just fantastic now.

I ordernd from abroad and therefore wouldn't have been surprised if there had been complications. But my order arrived within a week and there were no troubles with the payment. The lamps are very nice as well.

I really like a lot the service at this store! I think this is the best that I ever had in Sweden.
