I recently won a free download from your site from Share Salisbury, and was really interested to try it out as I do try to use mindfulness meditation recordings a few times a week. I chose the 30 minute sitting meditation, as that's how long I can usually meditate for; any longer and I tend to fall asleep! Which is not a bad thing, but not necessarily the goal.
At first, I found the speech a little too fast to follow, so I would prefer the speech to be a little slower to catch all the words, and the tone of voice a little softer, but I soon relaxed into it. By about the 20 minute mark I was falling asleep which shows how relaxed I was; I did wake myself up snoring a couple of times! There was a little bit of background noise on the recording, like someone going past a window talking loudly, but it didn't bother me too much. I would definitely use this meditation again; I like to mix up my mindfulness meditations just to make things interesting, and this is one I will return to again.
Fantastic little store with some right goodies to save the earth. Loving the bamboo cutlery set, cannot wait to use that when I go camping next! And the straws and toothbrushes are wicked, will always buy them!
This eye mask is excellent. The organic cotton material is very soft and soothing. It is perfect and authentic for it's purpose. It is beautiful to look at and the affirmation printed on the mask makes me smile and reminds me to be mindful. But most importantly it is weighted perfectly to shut the world out and allow me to connect to some peace and good quality sleep. Thank you
