Perfect experience!

I recently went to the Benefit Brow Bar in Bentall Centre, Kingston and had my eyebrows done by Vicky. This lady works absolute magic! When I walked in they were semi-ruined from a horrendous threading experience. Nearly 3 weeks on, the tint is still perfect and my brows look amazing! Thank you so much! ❤️

Horrible customer service and return…

Horrible customer service and return policy for a defective item. I was within very close to the 30 day return window. One of the 4 blushes I purchased had broken up. It was not dropped and clearly seemed defective since the other 3 were fine and stored in the same space.

They refused my return even though this seems to be due to a defect. Shoddy company and horrid return policy. They don’t stand behind their product.

I have not received my order despite…

I have not received my order despite delivery stated as 2-4 days. There does not seem to be any means of contacting Benefit Uk apart from by automated email which gives you yet another automated reply. What a dreadful company and customer service. I will never use Benefit again or their products. One very unsatisfied customer …. it do they even care …. NO

Very difficult returning and getting your credit back

I purchased an eye pencil that just didn't work for me. I contacted them a day or two later and returned it promptly. They received my return on July 18, today is August 19 and no credit yet. Emailed them numerous times with my tracking and that they received it and all I got so far was that they sent the credit in. Amex takes just a couple of days to receive a credit, but nothing yet. They wait to do returns so they make interest on their money. Will NEVER place an order with that company again and don't recommend. Very disappointed.

NOT CRUELTY FREE! BOYCOTT.

I have used benefit in the past, unfortunately, as they are not cruelty free, I have had to boycott them! It's 2024, we don't need to test on animals. Please stop the use of animal testing on your products, I will continue to tell people to avoid using you because of this. Do better Benefit.

Poor customer service, unethical

Ordered a gift set then a couple of days later before it has even arrived get a sale notification which the item is included in. Contacted customer service to be told I can return the item, which costs me so pointless. I’d understand if a longer time period had passed but these days any company that values their customers would refund the difference, or as a minimum apply an account credit. Their attitude was obnoxious which didn’t help matters.

Paid for shipping to have products…

Paid for shipping to have products delivered. They delivered to a post office out of my town where I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up. Contacted them and they were no help, stating we show this delivered, too bad we can’t help you.

Useless French website

The French website does not accept any kind of payment.

The French customer service email address refuses all emails.

When you use the American email address, they are hopeless and refer you back to the non-functioning French one.

Overall, a company to be avoided!!!

Matilde at Soho Oxford Street branch

I shopped at Benefit in Soho Oxford Street London today and spend a bunch of money. My sales attendant Matilde from Portugal was simply amazing! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. No wonder I bought so much! I hope the company rewards such amazing sales persons..

cheap packaging, missing items and horrible customer service

I ordered 12 items on April 30th but I only received 5 items,and they all came in a small cheap envelope without any packaging box or extra bubble wrap.

I immediately contacted customer service and sent multiple emails. The customer service promised will send the replacement within 3-5 business days. It has been two weeks,I have called a number of times and emailed them many times, but I have not received any response. Don't know what kind of service is this?

After reading reviews here, I know I am not the only one.

I love Benefit cosmetics

I love Benefit cosmetics. I discovered this company over 20 years ago, and there customer service is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience with a representative who was working at the Sephora location at Yorkdale. This lady was fantastic. I regret not knowing her name. She didn't have to help me, but she did. I was trying to find a product, but they did not have it. This woman went out of her way to try to help me. The other thing that really impressed me with Benefit Cosmetics is that they don't discriminate based on age. This woman is older, and Benefit Cosmetics should praise her. I am. This woman is an inspiration. Gives me hope that even though I am older that I still have something to offer this world. I love your company.

Abby in John Lewis Norwich was so lovely, she listened to what I wanted and gave great advice, I’m so pleased with my brows which were waxed and tinted and I also had a lip and chin wax, very happy will definitely be going back!
