Very poor customer service

I placed an order #38652 online for a pair of sneakers on March 26, 2026.
The carrier still has not delivered the shoes and Benjamin Berner's customer service has left me to my fate.
I'll just have to solve it myself for them.
I paid for the shoes but the shoes did not arrive.
They don't want to help me, I will never order anything from them again.
What bad service.

Scammers stay away!!!

Honestly this company is just a scam. Stay away.

Very weak and

Very weak and, honestly, misleading after-sales service. Even though I like the product itself, the post-purchase experience was disappointing. The lack of customer support and transparency makes me unwilling to buy anything from this brand again.

If I could give a minus score I would

If I could give a minus score I would. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one of which I returned to them after contacting them agreeing to this. I returned on 28th November, they arrived in Switzerland on 3rd December but they would NOT accept the delivery. I have had to file a case through PayPal to try and get the refund, its cost me nearly £20 to send them back and now they do not respond to any emails etc.

I ordered a wallet and it said 5-6 bussines day shipping. To this day I sent them multiple e-mails and the only one they answered is first where they said GLS is having some issues with shipping (they are not). When I said them that its their issue thats when communication is like with dead. Never buying from them again

Dying Shoes Service & Amazing Customer Service

Recently I purchased a pair of shoes "Touch ups Tegan Dyeable Satin Shoes" for my son's wedding. Benjamin-Walk sells these shoes. They were exactly what I was looing for. My friend suggested I consider dying the shoes to match my dress. When researching where I could have the shoes dyed, I found that most shoe repair stores no longer have this service and that Benjamin-Walk does! I emailed them to ask more questions about the dying process and if they can match my dress. They said they could........I emailed them a few times to be sure I understood the steps & the length of the process. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful - Timely with their responses and very courteous. I felt good about the company and the process so I sent them my shoes and piece of my dress. I just received the shoes and they look perfect. If anyone is looking for support with dying satin shoes, you have to try this company.

Don’t wast your money

For the last 9 to 10 years I have purchase many things online and I have never ever experienced something like it. I have returned the item as requested and two months later still chasing for the refund and no luck!!!
Not to say the reason of returning of the item not up to stands for the price!!!
Just don’t buy it!!!!

Terrible customer service!

I am waiting for any answer for my shoes for 2 weeks. There is still nothing and i do live in Switzerland, on page it say shoes will be send in 2 bussnies day. We find a number on reciept and someone answer. They told us they changing warehouse and they will send later this week, nothing. We called again and they say next weeks monday. Still nothing! They stoped answering on phone and shoes we payed 300 euros. Its drive me crazy that this is legit site in Switzerland! Anyone know where to report them?

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Feels Like a Scam

I placed an order and received the items, but unfortunately, I needed a smaller size. I returned the package back in April, following all the required steps, and to this day I have not received a replacement or a refund.

Despite multiple emails, I have received no response. There appears to be no real customer service—just an impressive marketing campaign that hides how poorly they treat their customers after purchase.

I sincerely advise others to think twice before ordering. Spending 300€ only to be ignored is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have sent back my trainers on the 8th of May. No response on 4 emails or direct instagram messages. No number to call and speak to anyone. Really frustrating considering I sent back trainers and I am out of pocket. Just don’t know why they cannot awnser or just confirm anything.
