I purchased six pints of ben & Jerry’s. They were all freezer burnt or thawed and refrozen. I had kids at the house that would not eat it because it had a grainy bad taste as well as myself. I threw out containers in disgust and embarrassment not having more for them. I gave all info I could to Ben & Jerry’s that they requested by going through the trash to find a couple of the containers. They insulted me by sending me two coupons for free and one for a dollar of. They did not even replace what I purchased that was bad. I’m 68 and certainly don’t try scamming ice cream places if that’s what they are suggesting by that minimal insulting jester!!! I may have complained about a product purchased four or five times in my life and never to them! This shows me what kind of place they are operating and just how much integrity they have! None! I have no interest in purchasing their products again if this is how they do business. Insulting and I’m disgusted!!!

Milk & Cookies is so well thought out and delicious. Every bite of cookie tasted like it was dipped in a fresh cold glass of milk. My mouth waters thinking about it. How did get they even develop this element of surprise?

I think your ice cream is delicious but I recently purchased raspberry cheesecake and do not taste any raspberry. The topping is great and the vanilla is good as well, but I bought it for the raspberry

it was unbelievable expensive, ice cream in containers looked terrible, like it was melted and refroze. over 30 bucks for very small portions-which she was was 2 scoops each. disappointed

Purchased from the co-op this evening. Paid full retail price. Most Lemon ice-creams are too zesty or artificial. This, however, is sublime. Little pockets of a light coloured soft drippy caramel. Tiny crunchy lemon biscuits. Creamy pillowy sweet lemon flavoured ice-cream. Its far superior to any or the artesian ice-creams I have tasted recently and I eat a lot of the stuff. I ate about one quarter of the tub. It took a considerable amount of restraint on my part not to finish it. It was divine. The packaging print was interesting. Not the bog standard pictures of a lemon halved as you would expect. I now have a new favourite ice-cream

The Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream is amazing. The only thing that would make it even better, is if they were to add more brownies.

I overpaid for a container of the raspberry chunk ice cream at my local grocery. When I tried some later that evening it had a horrible after taste almost like a chemical. For what I paid for this I was expecting more than overpriced frozen pig swill. Will NOT be buying any more Ben and Jerry’s-I will stick with Blue Bunny-better flavors and less politics with them anyway. Maybe Ben and Jerry’s should spend a little more time on their ice cream and less time “changing the world” .

Anti-American company that goes all in being woke...but hey, go woke and go broke, am I right! So you think we should give back all of the land and you act like my preacher. Sure, ok...but how about you GIVE BACK first eh? Show us all how it's done and led by example! Give back the land where your HQ is...or if not...then just shut the hell up and make ice cream and stop pretending like you give a crap about anything besides your bottom dollar. I hope you enjoy your Bud Light Moment and I hope your company and stocks follow suit.

The online website said they require 2 days notice in advance for ice cream cake bookings. I booked 4 days in advance, to collect a birthday cake for my partner on Saturday 8th. I tried calling afterwards to confirm details but no one picked up.

I got an email on Thursday 6th, saying it’s too short notice for them to make the cake. I made another request that day, to pick up in another 4 days, on Monday 10th.

On the same day (6th) I called and spoke to a lady, who said they were really busy so they couldn’t make a cake in time for the 8th. I said I booked another cake for the 10th. She said she’s get back to me by latest the 8th to update me on whether they can make it.

The 8th passes and I don’t get an email nor a call. I try calling them several times but again, no answer.

On the 10th, I go all the way into London Soho to pick up the cake - since I was never told that they couldn’t make one. They were unaware of my order completely and had no cake ready for me. They again said they’ve been busy and that they couldn’t do anything about it.

Massive lack of communication, waste of my time and very disappointing & frustrating. Would strongly discourage anyone from coming here unless you enjoy bad service.

Lowest cost ingredients for premium cost douchbags!

I pray this company implodes. What a complete set of hateful anti-American jerks. This is a cursed company! Remember, this is not a small independent group. Unilever is a company that sells over-pesticide foods with dangerous additives and un healthy chemicals across the globe.

Ben and Jerrys is out of touch with reality. And their ice cream is below average. They have fallen pretty far.

Ben and Jerry’s made their fortune on the back of capitalism and yet they hate the country that made them rich. And they throw the USA under the bus o. July 4th no less. Like Bud Light there are many, many ice cream sources out there. Will not be purchasing their product ever again.

Never had a Ben & Jerry's product that was more than mediocre. Generic quality at best. So many superior options available. I will concede that the ice cream never made me sick - more than I can say for their management. If the Ben and Jerry's organization is not the poser/looser circus troupe that they appear to be, we will soon see them relinquishing ownership of all of their properties. Don't hold your breath.

Dunno if it’s just in Australia, but more often than not they are all “icey” like they have been defrosted then refrozen. At 14$ each it’s not worth it. Wont be buying again

Ben and Jerrys is my favorite. But after ditching our country I will never buy it again. I hope they go out of business. !!!
