After sales service is very helpful and the level of interaction with team was amazing. They went out of their way to help and resolve issues with my trolley. Thanks to Murrsy and Rob. Outstanding

I would highly recommend this company
I would highly recommend this company. The after sales is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I bought a new remote control for my Ben Sayers remote control electric trolley. I stupidly left the batteries in over the winter when I wasn't using it. I bought a new remote and didn't know how to 'pair' it to the trolley. I contacted the company and Luke kindly got back to me immediately with the instructions. Excellent after sales service.

Don't buy the Ben Sayers electric trolley. The pins holding the wheels on place broke within days and had to be replaced. 4 rounds later I kept losing power. The battery when on charge is too hot to touch. More and more problems. The customer service is appalling...staff don't return calls. Please beware cheap isn't good!
A most refreshing result !
It is so easy for a Company to be nice, helpful and full of smiles when selling a product but their true character comes out when you complain or have a small problem.
I stupidly let by Ben Sayers trolley fall into a very wet ditch resulting in it slowly grinding to a halt. I contacted Adam Law of MV Sports & Leisure , Birmingham, by email and his response was immediate, asking a few relevant questions and providing the answers. There were three small parts to exchange for which he immediately sent an estimate/invoice for a total of £45 which was agreed and paid for. The parts arrived 5 days later, I switched them over and the trolley was as good as new !
I know there was no contention, but Adam's attitude could not have been better, although a small matter, considering the matter urgent and ensuring another satisfied customer .
I'm really pleased I bought a Ben Sayers trolley .

I bought an electric golf trolley with a 36 hole battery and just after 1 year the battery could only do 15 holes. The battery only lasted 7 months due to lockdown.
Fantastic customer service
Bought a Ben Sayers trolley via GolfOnline - unfortunately the trolley developed a small fault. After getting in touch with Ben Sayers via email the trolley was collected, repaired and returned to us within a week. Fantastic customer service. Polite, helpful and very efficient. Many thanks
BenSayers Golf clubs-broken 6 iron
Bought a set of BenSayers M8Cart Bag Package golf clubs from Affordable Golf in November 2020. Due to weather didn't use it much until late February. Only had a few games of golf when on playing a shot my 6 iron club hit a SMALL whin bush. To my surprise the club (metal shaft) almost bent in two and when I tried to bend it back it snapped immediately in two.
I returned the club to Affordable Golf who referred it to Ben Sayers ( I thought there may have been a fault in the club) who dismissed the issue saying it was misuse. They only looked at a photo and did not actual check the actual club for faults. Bag is now starting to tear.
Clubs that can't cope with SMALL whin bushes and bag that doesn't last. Be wary what you buy.
