I found Benson and Bingham from their reviews when I was searching for a lawyer and all the reviews seemed amazing. They are right! Cassidy and Dane Watson assisted me through my case. They were always happy to answer any questions I had, give any reassurance I needed, and were just all around amazing. I would recommend them. They are very efficient and great at what they do. They are also very fair.

Was in a major 7 car pileup, lost my car in the accident but most importantly survived the accident, I have never been in an accident like this before, I wasn't sure what to do. After going to the hospital from aches and pains I knew I couldn’t do nothing so I searched for Attorneys and found Benson and Bingham and boy was i happy to have found them! Right from the get go Melissa and Daniel put any worries and doubts to rest! The one thing that they said was this could take a while till we settle and it sure did, so if you are looking to bring them on and represent you just be aware that it takes time in accidents especially mine! Just be patient and let them do what they do and everything will work out! Hope to never have to go through this again but if I do I will definitely use them again!!

It’s been a long process and the original lawyer we signed up with left the company so we had to transition with another lawyer, but everything went smoothly. Great communication with Melissa, i basically worked with her the entire case more than either lawyer and she’s been great. I would recommend!
