Straight Forward Transaction & Delivery. Friendly Staff at all Stages.
Overall, a straightforward transaction in the store when we decided on which divan & mattress suited us. The date we agreed on for the delivery in February went ahead as planned. As promised, a telephone call was made about 40 minutes before delivery time by the delivery team, and these staff members were very helpful throughout.
We are overall satisfied with the bed and base, although on unpacking, we did find a crack in one drawer. This was the drawer where the bag of four slider feet were and we assume this crack happened during transport, as the bag could move freely in the drawer. This is why we only give four rather than five stars, and if an available choice, we would have given 4.5 stars.

Good service and quality
My granddaughter got her bed from Bensons so went in to look the staff are so friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough to help I tried a few mattresses till I got the right one for me
Prices are very reasonable and quality is very good
